What is included in the graffiti networking package?

Networking events in Melo are fantastic for team bonding and client engagement! We provide everything: premium spray cans in every colour of the rainbow, high-quality masks, gloves, overalls, and large canvases or boards. You don't need to bring anything except your enthusiasm and a willingness to try something new. Our professional artists stay on-site to guide you through the process, ensuring everyone stays safe while having a blast.

Do we need any previous drawing or painting experience?

Absolutely not! We specialise in teaching 'non-artists' how to look like pros. Our workshop leaders start with the basics—how to hold the can, nozzle control, and basic stroke techniques. Before you know it, you'll be layering colours and adding shadows like a seasoned street artist. It’s all about the experience and connecting with others through a shared creative challenge, rather than producing a gallery masterpiece.

How long does a typical creative networking session last?

Melo has a lovely pace, and we want your event to feel just right. Standard sessions usually run between 1.5 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for introductions, a safety briefing, some practice runs on the 'test wall', and the final creation of your collaborative artwork. We can also adjust the timing to fit into a larger conference schedule or a lunch break if needed.

Can the event be held at our own office or a specific venue?

Since we use professional-grade spray paint, we highly recommend outdoor setups or very well-ventilated semi-outdoor spaces. If you have a specific venue in Melo in mind, let us know! We can often set up mobile plastic sheeting walls to protect the surroundings. If you're stuck for a location, our team can suggest local spots that work perfectly for a spray-paint session without any fuss.

Why is graffiti better than a traditional 'cocktail hour' networking event?

Innovation! Traditional mixers can be a bit stiff, but graffiti is a great equaliser. When people are shaking paint cans and wearing overalls, the corporate hierarchy disappears. It encourages bold thinking and creates a shared memory that lasts much longer than a standard dinner or drinks reception. Plus, you’ll have a physical piece of art to display in your office afterwards!

What safety measures do you have in place for the participants?

Safety first! We provide high-quality FFP2 masks to filter out fumes, as well as gloves and protective overalls to keep your clothes clean. We always conduct a brief safety talk at the start to ensure everyone uses the equipment correctly. Our artists are experienced in managing groups of all sizes, ensuring a fun environment that meets all health and safety standards in Uruguay.

How do we book and when do we need to pay?

Booking is easy and stress-free. You don't need to pay anything upfront! Simply request a quote through our website, and once we've tailored the plan for your Melo event, we'll get you on the calendar. You only pay after the workshop is complete and you're 100% satisfied with the experience. We also have backup artists ready to go, so your event is never at risk of cancellation.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti-themed networking event in Melo? Because standard meetings are forgettable, but street art is permanent (and way more fun). It’s the perfect way to break down barriers and get people talking. Check out the perks:

Instant Icebreaker: Nothing removes the "corporate mask" faster than actual masks and spray cans! 🎭
Boosted Creativity: Getting hands-on with paint helps unlock "outside the box" thinking for your business goals.
Memorable Branding: Create a piece of art that represents your network's vision or a specific project launch. 🚀
Inclusive Fun: You don't need to be an artist. Our pros ensure everyone, from the CEO to the intern, creates something awesome.
Stress-Free Planning: We handle the setup, the gear, and the cleanup. You just turn up and network. ✨
No Risk Booking: With no upfront payment and a 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can book with total confidence.

Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro where you'll meet our pro graffiti artists and get to know your fellow attendees over the sound of shaking cans. 🔥
Design & brainstorming: Depending on the theme, your group will brainstorm symbols, words, or logos that represent your network or local Melo values.
Safety & gear up: Put on your overalls, gloves, and masks. We’ll show you the ropes on how to use the equipment safely and effectively. ✨
Mastering the can: Learn the 'can-control' basics—lines, dots, and fades. Our artists demonstrate techniques that make the paint do exactly what you want.
Collaborative sketching: We’ll help you map out the big picture on the boards. This is where the teamwork really kicks in as everyone finds their spot!
The big fill: The fun part! Everyone starts layering colours, filling in the designs, and watching the collective artwork come to life. 🎉
Final outlines & highlights: We add the finishing touches—sharp edges and bright highlights—to make the piece truly "pop" and look professional.
Photo op & wrap-up: Strike a pose with your creation! It’s the perfect time for those final networking chats before we pack up. 📸

Local culture

Melo is a city with a deep appreciation for tradition and community, but there’s a growing appetite for modern, urban expression. From the historic charm of Plaza Constitución to the bustling energy of the local festivals, the city is the perfect backdrop for a creative revolution. Our workshops celebrate this blend of old and new, bringing a contemporary street art edge to the local business scene. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Melo is famous for its vibrant Carnival celebrations? That same spirit of colour, music, and collective joy is exactly what we bring to our networking sessions! We love tapping into that local energy and seeing how it translates onto the canvas. 💪
