How is a graffiti networking event better than a traditional mixer?

Forget about stiff suits and forced small talk! Our networking events in Maldonado are designed to break the ice through shared creativity. When people are holding a spray can and working on a mural together, natural barriers drop. It’s a much more authentic way to build professional relationships than standing around a boardroom with a lukewarm coffee. Plus, it's incredibly fun!

Do I need to be good at art to participate?

No artistic skill is required at all! Our professional artists guide you through every step, from basic nozzle control to advanced shading techniques. The goal is connection and collaboration, not creating a museum masterpiece (though you’ll be surprised at how good the final result looks!). We provide a safe, supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable unleashing their inner artist.

What should I wear to the workshop?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little paint on. While we provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and masks to keep you clean, graffiti can be a bit messy if you're really getting into the zone! It’s best to leave the expensive designer gear at home for this particular networking session.

Can we take photos and videos during the event?

Absolutely! We encourage participants to share their work on social media. It’s a fantastic way to showcase your company's vibrant culture and your new professional connections. We can even help you capture the perfect 'action shots' during the session. Just remember to tag your new friends and use the event hashtag to keep the conversation going online!

Is the spray paint safe to use?

The safety of our guests is our top priority. We use high-quality spray paints and provide all necessary safety equipment, including FFP3 masks and nitrile gloves. Our workshops are typically held in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large, airy indoor venues. Our instructors are also trained to ensure everyone uses the equipment correctly and safely throughout the entire session.

How long does a typical networking event last?

The duration usually ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes a safety briefing, an introduction to techniques, the main collaborative painting phase, and a final 'gallery walk' where everyone can admire the work and chat. We find this timeframe is perfect for maintaining high energy and ensuring everyone has plenty of time to network while they create.

Local culture

Maldonado is a city that breathes art, from the historic charm of the city centre to the world-class street murals found in nearby Punta del Este. The local culture is a blend of traditional Uruguayan warmth and a modern, cosmopolitan edge, making it the ideal backdrop for a contemporary networking event. We draw inspiration from the Atlantic breeze and the colourful local architecture to fuel our creative sessions. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know that the Maldonado department is home to some of the most iconic public sculptures in South America? Our workshops channel that same public-art spirit, encouraging you to think big and bold!
