Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our graffiti team building in Maldonado is designed specifically for beginners. Our professional street artists guide your group through every step, from basic can control to advanced masking techniques. You don't need to be 'artistic' to have a great time; the focus is on collaboration, communication, and trying something new together in a relaxed, fun-filled environment. You'll be surprised at what your team can achieve!

Is the graffiti workshop safe and what about the fumes?

We prioritise safety above all else. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep everyone’s clothing clean. We typically host our workshops in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large indoor venues with proper airflow. Our artists are experienced professionals who ensure that all equipment is used correctly, making this a safe, inclusive, and worry-free activity for your entire corporate team.

How long does a typical team building session last?

A standard team building session in Maldonado usually lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours. This includes the initial safety briefing, technique tutorials, individual practice, and the final collaborative mural creation. We can, however, adjust the timing to fit your specific schedule—whether you want a quick 90-minute icebreaker or a more intensive half-day creative retreat. Just let us know your requirements!

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you have a small executive team of 10 or a huge corporate department of 200+, we can accommodate you. For very large groups, we bring in additional backup artists to ensure everyone gets personal attention and plenty of time with the spray cans. We maintain a high artist-to-participant ratio so the quality of the experience remains top-notch regardless of group size.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything! Your booking includes all premium spray paint, protective gear (suits, masks, gloves), caps, and the 'canvas' (which could be a temporary wall, large wooden panels, or even individual canvases). We also bring the expertise and the energy. All you need to bring is a positive attitude and perhaps some comfortable shoes. We handle the setup and the entire cleanup process afterwards.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

Rain doesn't have to stop the fun! If the weather in Maldonado looks dicey, we can move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or an indoor location using low-odour paints or specific ventilation setups. Because we have backup artists and flexible logistics, we can often adapt to last-minute changes to ensure your team building event goes ahead as planned, rain or shine.

Can we keep the artwork we create for our office?

Yes, you certainly can! One of our most popular options for corporate groups is creating a large-scale mural on transportable wooden panels. Once the masterpiece is finished and dry, you can take these panels back to your office in Maldonado or Montevideo to display them in your lobby or breakroom. It’s a fantastic, permanent reminder of your team's creativity and collaborative spirit.

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is simple and stress-free. Contact us with your preferred date, approximate group size, and any specific goals for the day. We’ll provide a custom quote quickly. The best part? There is no upfront payment required. You can book your spot with confidence and pay after the workshop is successfully completed. We believe in our service so much that your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next corporate outing in Maldonado? Traditional team building can often feel forced, but street art is a natural equaliser. It levels the playing field, allowing the CEO and the intern to collaborate on the same canvas. 🔥

Enhances communication: Planning a large-scale mural requires serious coordination and clear 'talk' between team members.
Stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the 'shhh' of a spray can and the flow of vibrant colours.
Tangible results: Unlike a trust fall, you walk away with a massive, impressive artwork your team created from scratch. 🎨

Individual practice: Everyone gets their own space to practice their new skills and get comfortable with the pressure of the spray nozzle.
The big concept: We outline a massive collaborative mural that incorporates your company values, logo, or a specific team theme.
Layering & detail: The team works together to fill in the colours, add shadows, and create 'highlights' that make the art pop.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Maldonado is a city where tradition meets modern coastal energy. While most visitors flock straight to the glitz of Punta del Este, the heart of Maldonado offers a grittier, more authentic urban canvas that is perfect for street art exploration. The city has a growing appreciation for murals that celebrate Uruguayan culture and local history. Our workshops tap into this local 'Maldonadense' spirit, encouraging teams to draw inspiration from the nearby Atlantic waves and the sun-drenched colonial architecture. 🌊

Fun Fact: Did you know that Maldonado is one of the oldest departments in Uruguay? This rich history provides a fantastic contrast to the ultra-modern, rebellious nature of graffiti art, making it a unique spot for creative corporate sessions!

We often host our sessions in areas that allow your team to feel the pulse of the city. After your workshop, you’re just a stone's throw away from some of the best chivito spots in the country—the perfect way to celebrate your team's new masterpiece! 🏆
