Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our leadership training workshops in Maldonado are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned doodlers. Our pro artists guide you through basic spray-can techniques before we dive into the leadership exercises. The focus is on communication, strategy, and team dynamics, using graffiti as a fun, accessible medium to express those big ideas. Everyone leaves with a sense of pride!

How long does a typical session in Maldonado last?

A standard leadership workshop typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows us to cover the safety briefing, technical spray-painting skills, the collaborative design phase, and the final 'big reveal' where we review the team's masterpiece and discuss the leadership lessons learned. We can also customise the duration to fit into your full-day corporate retreat if needed.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need for a successful session: high-quality spray paint in a rainbow of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and masks. We also provide the canvases or walls and, most importantly, the expert guidance of our professional street artists. All you need to bring is some comfortable clothing you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on and an open mind!

Is the spray painting process safe for my team?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control and provide professional-grade FFP2 masks, gloves, and protective suits for every participant. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large indoor venues with proper airflow. Our artists are trained to manage group safety throughout the entire creative process.

What happens if the lead artist is unable to make it?

We pride ourselves on reliability. We have a solid team of backup artists across Uruguay, including near Maldonado and Montevideo. This means that if your assigned artist is unexpectedly unavailable, we have a professional standby ready to step in. You can book with confidence knowing your corporate event is protected from last-minute cancellations.

Can we pay after the workshop is completed?

Yes! We offer total flexibility. After the workshop, we will send an invoice for the agreed amount. You don't have to worry about upfront payments or deposits when booking. We want the process to be as stress-free as the workshop itself, allowing you to focus on your team’s development rather than administrative hurdles.

What is the maximum group size for a leadership event?

We can accommodate groups of almost any size, from small executive teams of 5 to large departments of 50 or more. For larger groups, we simply bring in additional artists to ensure everyone gets individual attention and a chance to contribute to the final mural. It's a fantastic way to break down silos between different departments.

The experience

Why swap the flipchart for a spray can? Because some of the best leadership lessons are learned through action, not just theory. Our workshops in Maldonado provide a safe yet challenging space to test your team's dynamics. Here is why it works:

Visualise your vision: Stop talking about goals and start painting them. It’s a powerful way to align your team. 🚀
Break down hierarchies: In front of a blank wall, everyone starts from zero. It levels the playing field and encourages new voices to lead. ✨
Real-time problem solving: Managing paint flow and space requires instant communication and adaptability.
Risk-free experimentation: Graffiti is about layers and evolution. It teaches teams that "mistakes" are just opportunities for a new layer of creativity. 💪
Stellar reliability: With our backup artist guarantee, your event will go ahead rain or shine, no matter what. 🏆
Stress-free booking: No upfront payment needed—pay only after you’ve seen the incredible results your team can achieve.

Local culture

Maldonado is more than just a gateway to the glitzy beaches of Punta del Este; it is a city with a soul of its own and a growing appreciation for urban expression. The local street art scene here reflects the unique blend of traditional Uruguayan culture and modern coastal vibes. Taking your leadership training to the streets of Maldonado allows your team to soak up this authentic atmosphere, drawing inspiration from the sun-drenched plazas and the artistic energy of the Department.

Fun Fact: Did you know that the nearby Casapueblo, though technically an architectural sculpture, is often cited by local street artists as a primary inspiration for bold, fluid creative expression in the region?

By choosing Maldonado, you’re giving your team an environment that encourages "out of the box" thinking, away from the typical office skyscraper. It’s the perfect backdrop for a transformative day of creativity and connection. 🌊
