Do I need any previous art experience to join?

Absolutely! Our pop-up events in Maldonado are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned doodlers. Our pro artists will guide you through the basics of spray can control, lettering, and shading. You don't need to be 'artistic' to have a blast—we provide all the tips and tricks to make sure you walk away with something you're proud of. It’s all about the experience!

Is the graffiti workshop safe?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective overalls to keep your clothes clean and your lungs safe. We also use premium low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control. Our artists provide a full safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free environment for all participants in Maldonado.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

For our pop-up events, we usually suggest a duration of 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives you enough time to learn the techniques, practice your 'tag', and complete a final masterpiece. If you're planning a specific schedule for a festival or corporate activation in Maldonado, we can definitely adjust the timing to fit your event's flow.

Where exactly in Maldonado do these workshops take place?

We bring the party to you! Our pop-up workshops are mobile, meaning we can set up at your chosen location in Maldonado—whether that's a park, a car park, or a private event space. We use mobile graffiti walls or large canvases. If you don't have a spot in mind, let us know and we can help suggest a suitable outdoor area.

What materials are included in the workshop?

Everything is included in the price! We provide the spray paint in a huge range of colours, caps (nozzles), protective gear, and the surfaces to paint on. We even bring some funky background music to get those creative juices flowing. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on.

What happens if it rains on the day?

Rain doesn't have to stop the fun! If the weather looks dodgy in Maldonado, we can often move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or use an indoor space with proper ventilation and floor protection. We always have backup plans and backup artists ready to ensure your event goes ahead without a hitch. We'll chat about weather-contingency options during your booking.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

We are super flexible! Our pop-up events can cater to small groups of 10 or large-scale activations for hundreds of people throughout a day. Because we have a team of artists, we can run multiple stations simultaneously. Whether it's an intimate birthday or a massive brand launch near Punta del Este, we've got the capacity to handle it.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Maldonado is the heartbeat of south-eastern Uruguay, a place where historic charm meets the modern pulse of nearby Punta del Este. The local street art scene here is a reflection of that duality—vibrant, eclectic, and deeply rooted in South American muralism. By hosting a pop-up event here, we tap into that local "Rioplatense" spirit, blending traditional art forms with the rebellious edge of modern graffiti. From the sea breeze of the coast to the bustling plazas of the city centre, Maldonado provides the perfect backdrop for a creative explosion. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Uruguay has some of the most relaxed and supportive street art laws in South America? It’s why cities like Maldonado and Montevideo are practically open-air galleries!

We love the energy of this region, and our workshops often draw inspiration from the stunning natural landscapes and the iconic architecture of the Department of Maldonado. Whether we're spraying near the coast or in a hidden urban alley, the local vibe always finds its way into the art.

Pricing

Every pop-up event is unique! Our prices depend on your group size, the duration of the session, and the specific setup required at your Maldonado location. We pride ourselves on offering fair, transparent pricing with absolutely no hidden fees. 💰
