Do we need any previous art experience to enjoy the workshop?

Absolutely! Most of our team building participants in Mercedes have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists are expert instructors who break down the techniques into simple, manageable steps. We start with basic lines and fades before moving onto the big mural. You'll be surprised at how quickly your team develops their 'street cred' and produces something visually stunning.

Is the spray paint safe and will we get messy?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality FFP2 masks, gloves, and disposable overall suits to keep your professional clothes clean. We use low-pressure spray cans which are easier to control and produce less fumes. The workshop is conducted in well-ventilated spaces or outdoors, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for everyone involved.

How long does a typical team building session last?

A standard team building session in Mercedes typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, technique practice, and the final collaborative mural project. We can adjust the duration to fit your corporate schedule, whether you want a quick high-energy 'icebreaker' or a deep-dive creative afternoon. Just let us know your timeline!

Where in Mercedes do the workshops take place?

One of the best things about graffiti is its versatility! We can host workshops at various outdoor locations in Mercedes, or we can come to your office if you have a suitable outdoor courtyard or well-ventilated parking area. If you don't have a space, don't worry—we have a network of partner venues and mobile setups that allow us to bring the workshop to you.

Can we include our company logo or specific brand colours?

Yes, we can definitely incorporate your brand! We often encourage teams to integrate company colours, values, or even a stylised version of the corporate logo into the final mural. It’s a fantastic way to reinforce company identity while allowing individual creativity to shine. Our artists will help guide the design so it looks professional and on-brand.

How does the payment process work? Do you require a deposit?

We believe in the quality of our experience, so we don't require upfront payments for your Mercedes booking. You can settle the invoice after the workshop is complete. This gives you total peace of mind and ensures we are fully committed to delivering a 5-star experience for your team. We're all about building trust and having fun!

What happens if the weather is bad or an artist is unavailable?

We are prepared for anything! We have a large roster of professional artists, so we always have backup instructors ready to step in if someone falls ill. This guarantees that your corporate event will never be cancelled last minute. Regarding weather, if the forecast looks bad for an outdoor session, we can usually pivot to a covered area or reschedule with enough notice.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your Mercedes corporate event? It’s simple: it’s the ultimate equaliser. When everyone is wearing a mask and a paint suit, titles disappear and pure collaboration takes over. Here’s why it works:

Boosts Morale: Nothing says 'fun' like being allowed to (legally) spray paint a wall! 🚀
Enhances Communication: Large murals require constant coordination and chatting between team members.
Stress Relief: The tactile nature of spraying paint is incredibly therapeutic and a great way to disconnect. ✨
Physical Results: You’ll have a tangible piece of art (or great photos) to remember the day by.
Total Inclusivity: You don't need to be 'artsy' to contribute; everyone finds their role in the masterpiece. 💪
Reliability: With our backup artist guarantee, your event will go ahead no matter what.

Looking for something else? We also offer workshops for schools, festivals, bachelor parties, brand activations, kids parties, and even 3D street art. Also available in Artigas, Montevideo, Salto, and Paysandu.

Step by step

Arrival and Introduction: Your group meets our pro artists at the chosen Mercedes location for a high-energy kick-off.
The Safety Brief: We kit everyone out in protective suits, masks, and gloves while explaining the 'rules of the road'.
Mastering the Can: Learn the 'can-control' basics—practice lines, dots, and filling techniques on your own practice space.
Concept Brainstorming: The team gathers to discuss the theme. Will it be your company values or a wild abstract design?
The Big Outline: Our artists help you sketch the 'bones' of the mural onto the large canvas or wall.
Adding the Colour: Now the fun begins! The team works together to fill in the piece, learning blending and shading.
The Finishing Touches: We add 'highlights' and 'first-lines' to make the artwork pop and look professional.
The Grand Reveal & Photos: Step back and admire the collaborative masterpiece. It’s the perfect time for a team photo! 📸
Clean Up & High Fives: We handle the mess while you celebrate your team's brand-new masterpiece.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Mercedes, known as the "City of Landscapes", provides an inspiring setting for urban art. While it's famous for its beautiful waterfront and historic architecture, adding a splash of modern street art creates a fantastic contrast. Our workshops tap into the creative energy of the local Uruguayan art scene, bringing a touch of Montevideo's urban grit to the relaxed atmosphere of Mercedes. We love hosting events near the riverside where the natural beauty inspires bold colour choices.

Fun Fact: Mercedes is home to the famous 'Jazz a la Calle' festival. Just like jazz, graffiti is all about improvisation and finding harmony within the group—making it the perfect metaphor for your team building session! 🎷🎨

Pricing
