Do I need any prior art skills to join a showroom workshop?

Absolutely! Our Mercedes showroom experience is specifically designed for beginners. Our professional street artists will guide you through the basics, from how to hold the can and control pressure to master techniques like fading and outlining. You'll be amazed at the high-quality piece you can create in just a few hours under our expert supervision. No prior artistic experience is required—just an open mind and a bit of energy!

Is it safe to spray paint indoors at the showroom?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, disposable gloves, and protective overalls to keep your clothes clean. Our showroom environment in Mercedes is well-ventilated, and we use professional-grade low-pressure spray paint, which is much easier to control for beginners. Our artists are trained in safety protocols to ensure everyone has a fun, worry-free time while getting creative.

What should I wear to the graffiti showroom experience?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on, just in case. While we provide full protective gear including overalls, graffiti can be a bit messy! Avoid your Sunday best or expensive designer trainers. Once you're suited up in our gear, you’ll be ready to dive into the world of street art without any stress.

What kind of surfaces can we paint on in the showroom?

We aren't just about painting walls! We offer various surfaces, including premium canvases that you can take home, or even merchandise like tote bags and caps. In our Mercedes retail experiences, we can also set up 'live' painting sessions where you contribute to a large collaborative mural. This flexibility makes it perfect for everything from private celebrations to high-end brand activations and retail launches.

Can we take photos and videos during the session?

Of course! We encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you like to document your creative journey in Mercedes. Our showroom setups are designed to be highly 'Instagrammable,' with vibrant backdrops and professional lighting. If you are hosting a corporate event, we can even arrange for a professional photographer to capture the highlights while you focus on perfected your tag.

How long does a typical graffiti experience last?

Standard showroom sessions usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a safety briefing, a demonstration of techniques, practice time, and the creation of your final masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule or are hosting a retail pop-up event in Mercedes, we can adapt the timing to fit your needs, whether that's a quick 30-minute 'taster' or a deep-dive workshop.

How do I book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is easy and flexible with Graffitifun. You can request a quote through our website for your specific group size in Mercedes. The best part? We don't require any upfront payment! You can settle the bill after the workshop once you’ve seen the incredible results. We also have backup artists on standby, so you never have to worry about your event being cancelled at the last minute.

Local culture

Mercedes, known as the 'City of Jazz' and the beautiful capital of Soriano, has always had a deep appreciation for the arts. While the city is famous for its stunning Rambla and the annual Jazz à la Calle festival, there is a growing appetite for modern, urban expression. Our graffiti showroom experience taps into this local creative energy, offering a fresh contrast to the traditional colonial architecture found in the city centre. 🎨

Fun fact: Did you know that Mercedes was the first city in Uruguay to be founded by a priest but developed largely due to its strategic port? This blend of tradition and movement makes it the perfect place for a street art revolution! Whether you're a local from the Barrio 33 or just visiting the beautiful Soriano department, our workshops add a modern splash of colour to this historic riverside gem.

Pricing

Every creative project in Mercedes is unique! Whether it's a small boutique workshop or a large-scale retail activation, we tailor our setup to your needs. Because of this flexibility, our prices depend on group size, duration, and the specific materials required.
