Do I need to have any artistic skills to participate?

Absolutely not! Our showroom experience in Rivera is designed for everyone, from total beginners to seasoned creatives. Our professional artists will guide you through every step, starting with basic can control and moving up to layering techniques. We provide a supportive, high-energy environment where the goal is to experiment and have fun, not to create a masterpiece on your first try (though you probably will!).

Is the graffiti showroom safe and what gear is provided?

We take safety seriously. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, disposable gloves, and protective overalls to keep your clothes clean. The showroom is well-ventilated, and our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We use professional-grade paints that are safe when used with the provided gear, ensuring a worry-free creative session for all our guests in Rivera.

How long does a typical session last?

The standard showroom experience usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a warm-up, a tutorial on techniques, plenty of hands-on painting time, and a final 'gallery walk' to admire everyone's work. If you are booking for a specific retail event or brand activation in Rivera, we can adjust the timing to fit your schedule perfectly.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

Our Rivera showroom is quite flexible! We can host small, intimate groups for a private creative escape or larger teams for corporate brand experiences. We generally recommend a minimum of 5 people to get the best atmosphere, but we can accommodate much larger groups by rotating sessions or using multiple stations. Just let us know your numbers and we will make it work.

What should I wear to the graffiti experience?

While we provide protective overalls, we always suggest wearing 'art-ready' clothes. Think old trainers and comfortable trousers that you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on. Avoid your favourite designer gear! Since the showroom is an indoor environment, you don't need to worry about the Rivera weather, but comfort is key for moving around and reaching those high spots on the canvas.

How does the payment process work?

No deposit is required to book your session! We believe in the quality of our experiences, so you only pay after the workshop is complete. This keeps things simple and stress-free for you. Whether you are coming from Artigas or Salto, you can book your slot with confidence knowing that our 100% satisfaction guarantee is backed by a 'pay later' policy.

Can I take my artwork home with me?

Yes! You aren't just painting on walls; we often use high-quality canvases or boards that you can take home as a souvenir of your Rivera street art journey. If you are part of a brand activation, we can even arrange for custom items to be painted. It’s a fantastic way to remember the day you mastered the spray can and unleashed your inner artist.

The experience

Why choose a showroom experience in Rivera? Because mundane retail is a thing of the past. We bring a raw, energetic edge to the city's shopping district, offering something far more memorable than a standard gallery visit. Here is why you need to get involved:

Professional vibes: Work alongside real graffiti artists who live and breathe the culture. 🔥
Indoors & climate controlled: No need to worry about the heat or rain; the showroom is always the perfect temperature.
Zero pressure: Use our Tag Creator tool online before you arrive, then bring your vision to life in person.
Retail synergy: Ideal for brand activations – we help you merge art with your products to wow your customers. 🎤
Full kit provided: Just bring yourself; we supply the premium cans, nozzles, and safety gear.
Satisfaction guaranteed: We are so confident you'll love it that you don't pay a penny until the session is over! 🏆

Step by step

Arrival and welcome: Meet our local artists at the Rivera showroom and get settled in with a quick tour of the space.
Safety and gear up: We kit you out in protective overalls, gloves, and masks. Safety first so you can play hard!
Mastering the nozzle: Learn the 'anatomy' of a spray can and practice basic lines, dots, and fades on your practice station.
Sketching your concept: Use our iPads or paper to rough out your design ideas with guidance from the pros.
Filling and layering: Start applying colour to your main piece, learning how to layer shades for that authentic street art depth.
The power of the outline: Discover how a sharp outline can make your graffiti 'pop' and give it that professional finish.
Adding the details: Use skinny caps for highlights, shines, and those little 'bits' that make your art unique.
Final reveal: Step back, drop the cans, and admire your work during our group gallery walk and photo session.

Local culture

Rivera is a city of movement, sitting right on the 'Frontera de la Paz'. This unique blend of Uruguayan and Brazilian cultures creates a rhythmic, colourful energy that is reflected in the local street art scene. While many people come for the duty-free shopping, the real soul of the city is found in its creative corners. Our showroom captures this international spirit, blending the bold styles of Montevideo with the tropical flair of our northern neighbours.

Fun Fact: Did you know that in Rivera, you can literally have one foot in Uruguay and one in Brazil? Our showroom celebrates this "borderless" creativity, making it the perfect spot for cross-cultural artistic expression! 🇺🇾 🇧🇷
