Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Rivera team development workshops are designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide your team through the basic techniques of can control, fading, and outlining. The focus is on collaboration and having a blast, not technical perfection. You will be amazed at what your team can produce when you work together on a large-scale mural!

What should our team wear to the workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on. While we provide high-quality protective overalls and gloves, graffiti is a high-energy activity! Rivera's weather can be sunny, so light layers are often the best choice for staying comfortable while you are busy creating your street art masterpiece.

Is the spray paint safe to use during the session?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide professional-grade filtered masks, protective gloves, and overalls for every participant. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated spaces, and our instructors are trained to ensure everyone uses the spray cans correctly and safely. We want your team to feel confident and secure while they explore their creative side!

How long does a typical team building session last?

A standard team development session in Rivera typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives your group enough time to learn the ropes, practice their tags, and collaborate on a final team mural. If you have specific scheduling needs or want to combine the workshop with a longer corporate retreat, we can certainly adjust the timing to suit your agenda.

What is the maximum group size you can accommodate?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of 100+, we can accommodate you. For very large groups, we bring in extra professional artists to ensure everyone gets hands-on guidance. If you're planning an event in Rivera for a massive crowd, just let us know and we’ll scale the experience perfectly.

Where in Rivera does the workshop take place?

We prefer to bring the art to you! We can host the workshop at your office car park, a local rented event space, or a public area where we have permission. If you don't have a spot in mind in Rivera, we can help suggest some great local locations that provide the right vibe and ventilation for a successful spray painting session.

Do I need to pay anything upfront to book?

Not at all! One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'play now, pay later' policy. You don't need to make any upfront payments to secure your booking in Rivera. We believe in the quality of our service, so you only pay once the workshop is completed and your team is buzzing with creative energy. It’s completely risk-free for your planning.

The experience

Why choose graffiti for your next team development day in Rivera? Because it’s hands-on, inclusive, and produces a physical result that your team can be proud of. It’s not just about paint; it’s about perspective. ✨

Boosted Communication: Nothing gets people talking like figuring out how to blend a 2-metre tall letter together!
Level Playing Field: In front of a spray wall, everyone is a beginner—from the CEO to the intern.
Creative Problem Solving: Street art requires planning, improvisation, and quick thinking.
Stress Relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic (and fun!) about the hiss of a spray can.
Memorable Outcomes: You’ll be talking about the 'Rivera Mural Project' for months to come.
Professional Guidance: Our artists are mentors who ensure your team feels supported and inspired. 🏆

Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro where your team meets our pro graffiti artists and learns about the history of street art in Uruguay.
Safety first: Everyone gets suited up in protective gear and learns how to handle the spray cans and masks properly.
Tagging 101: Your team starts with the basics—learning how to draw lines, dots, and their own unique 'tag' on the practice wall.
Concept creation: Together, you’ll brainstorm a theme or a company value that you want to transform into a massive piece of art.
The mural build: This is where the real teamwork happens! Group members take on different roles to fill in, outline, and highlight the main mural.
Detailed finishing: Our artists help you add those professional 'flairs' like shadows and shines to make the artwork pop.
The grand reveal: We step back, drop the caps, and celebrate the incredible masterpiece your team built from scratch.
Photo op: Capture the moment with group photos in front of your finished wall—perfect for the company newsletter!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Rivera is a city of unique fusion, sitting right on the border where Uruguayan and Brazilian cultures blend seamlessly. This "International Frontier" spirit is exactly what we bring to our workshops—breaking down borders between colleagues! While you might be used to the duty-free shopping on Avenida Sarandí, we invite you to see the city as a canvas for connection. Uruguay has a rich tradition of public murals, and Rivera's local aesthetic provides the perfect backdrop for your team to contribute their own creative voice.

Fun Fact: Did you know that in Rivera, you can stand with one foot in Uruguay and the other in Brazil? Our workshops channel that same "no boundaries" energy to help your team bridge gaps and work as one! 🇺🇾🇧🇷
