What materials do you provide for the workshop?

Everything you need is included! We provide high-quality spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We also provide the 'canvas'—whether that’s a mobile wall or individual boards. You just need to bring your enthusiasm and maybe some comfortable shoes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. Our artists handle the full setup and cleanup so you can focus on networking.

Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Not at all! In fact, most of our networking participants haven't touched a spray can since secondary school—if ever. Our professional graffiti artists are experts at breaking down the techniques into simple, manageable steps. We start with the basics of 'can control' and movement. You'll be surprised at how quickly you can create something that looks impressive, all while chatting with your new professional contacts!

How long does the networking event usually last?

For our creative networking events in Mercedes, we usually recommend a session duration of 2 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for an initial ice-breaker, the technical demonstration, the actual creation process, and plenty of 'mingle time' in between. We can adjust the timing to fit into a larger conference schedule or keep it as a standalone evening mixer depending on your specific event goals.

Is the spray paint safe for everyone to use?

Safety is our absolute priority. We provide high-grade FFP2 or FFP3 respiratory masks to all participants to ensure no fumes are inhaled. We also use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint whenever possible and prefer well-ventilated or outdoor locations. Our instructors are trained in site safety and will give a comprehensive briefing before anyone presses a nozzle. You're in very safe, professional hands with Graffitifun.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

Uruguay's weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered! If your event is planned for an outdoor spot near the Río Negro and rain is forecast, we can often move to a covered area or use large marquee tents. Alternatively, we can host the event in a well-ventilated indoor warehouse space. We always discuss a 'Plan B' with you during the booking process so your networking doesn't get washed out.

Can we include our corporate branding or logo?

Absolutely! We love it when companies want to incorporate their identity. We can pre-cut professional stencils of your logo or use your specific brand colours for the main piece. Many groups choose to have one 'master wall' where everyone contributes to a giant mural that represents the company values or the event theme. It’s a fantastic way to create a lasting memory of the day.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are very flexible! We can host small, intimate networking groups of 10-15 people, or we can scale up for large corporate brand activations and festivals involving hundreds of participants. For larger groups, we simply bring in more of our professional artists and set up multiple 'creation stations' to ensure everyone gets hands-on time and nobody is left standing around. The more, the merrier!

Local culture

Mercedes, the 'City of Landscapes', is the perfect backdrop for a creative explosion. Known for its stunning waterfront and the historic Rambla, this city has a long-standing appreciation for aesthetics and community. While it's famous for its jazz and rowing, the urban art scene is finding its voice in the heart of Soriano. Our workshops take inspiration from the flowing movements of the Río Negro and the colonial charm of the local architecture. 🧉

Fun Fact: Mercedes was the first city founded by 'orientales' (Uruguayans) in the colonial era, making it a place of pioneering spirit—exactly the energy we bring to our graffiti networking sessions!
