Do we need any previous artistic experience to join?

Absolutely! Most of our team development participants in Portoviejo have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists are expert coaches who break down the process into simple, manageable steps. We focus on 'controlled chaos' where everyone feels comfortable experimenting. By the end of the session, your team will be shocked at the high-quality mural they’ve created together. It’s all about the journey and the collective spirit!

What should our team wear to the workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and old trainers that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on. While we provide high-quality protective overalls, shoe covers, and gloves, those stray droplets of spray paint can be persistent! Portoviejo can get quite warm, so breathable fabrics are a plus. We’ll handle the rest of the 'hardware'—you just bring your team’s energy and a 'can-do' attitude.

Is the spray paint safe to use for everyone?

Safety is our top priority. We use high-quality spray paints and provide all necessary protective gear, including professional-grade masks and gloves. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas to ensure everyone breathes easy while they work. Our lead artists are also trained to manage group dynamics safely, ensuring a secure environment where the only thing you have to worry about is which colour to pick next!

How long does a typical team development session last?

A standard team development session in Portoviejo typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a large-scale collaborative mural. If you have a tighter schedule or want a more intensive full-day 'deep dive' into street art culture, we can easily customise the duration to fit your corporate itinerary perfectly.

Can you host the workshop at our own office?

While we often host workshops at vibrant outdoor locations or industrial spaces in Portoviejo, we are fully mobile! If you have a suitable outdoor space or a very well-ventilated indoor area at your office or chosen venue, we can bring the entire graffiti studio to you. We handle all the setup and the intensive cleanup, leaving your space exactly as we found it—except perhaps for a stunning new canvas!

What happens if it rains on the day?

Portoviejo's weather is usually amazing, but if rain strikes, we’ve got you covered. We always have a backup plan, which usually involves moving to a covered outdoor area or an indoor space with specialist ventilation. We also have backup artists on standby for every booking, so you never have to worry about a cancellation. Your team building event is 100% guaranteed to go ahead, rain or shine!

How does the payment process work?

We don't require any payment upfront! We believe in the quality of our workshops and want you to feel completely confident. You only pay after the workshop is completed and your team is buzzing with creative energy. We accept various payment methods and will provide a clear invoice post-event. This 'no-risk' booking policy makes it easy for your HR or finance department to approve the activity.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your team in Portoviejo? Because it levels the playing field! When everyone is holding a spray can for the first time, titles like "Manager" or "Intern" disappear, replaced by genuine collaboration. 🔥

Break the Silos: Watch as different departments blend their styles together on a single canvas. 🤝
Boost Creative Confidence: We prove that "non-creative" people can produce stunning art with the right guidance.
Visualise Company Values: Transform your mission statement into a vibrant, visual mural you can actually keep. 🏆
Stress Relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the "hiss" of a spray can—it's the ultimate reset button.
Unique Local Experience: Stand out from companies doing the same old bowling or dinner nights.
Risk-Free Fun: With our "pay after" policy and backup artists, your event is in the safest hands in Portoviejo. 💪

Step by step

The Creative Brief: We start with a high-energy intro where your team learns about the rich history of street art and the goals for the day.
Digital Sandbox: Use our Tag Creator tool before the event to brainstorm styles or jump straight into sketching on the day.
The Masterclass: Our pro artists demonstrate essential can-control techniques, from crisp lines to smooth gradients (fades).
Individual Practice: Everyone gets their own space to practice basic strokes and 'tagging' to build confidence with the medium.
Collaborative Sketching: The team works together to outline the main mural, ensuring every department's voice is represented.
The Filling Phase: This is where the magic happens! Team members coordinate colours and fill in the large-scale piece.
Outlining & Detail: We add the finishing touches—sharp outlines and 'highlights'—to make the artwork truly pop.
The Big Reveal: We step back for a group photo and a 'critique' session focused on the team's collective achievement.
Takeaway: If created on canvas, you get to keep the mural for your office wall in Portoviejo!

Local culture

Portoviejo is a city defined by its resilience and vibrant Manabí spirit. As the artistic heart of the province, it provides the perfect canvas for creative team building. From the bustling streets near the Cathedral to the modern vibes of Multiplaza, the city's energy is infectious. Street art is a growing language here, mirroring the city's ongoing transformation and colourful local traditions. 🏙️

Fun Fact: Did you know Portoviejo is one of the oldest cities in Ecuador, founded in 1535? Mixing that ancient heritage with the modern, rebellious spirit of graffiti creates a unique creative tension that encourages teams to think outside the box!

We pride ourselves on tapping into this local "Manabita" pride, encouraging teams to incorporate local symbols—like the tamarind tree or traditional patterns—into their graffiti masterpieces. It’s about more than just paint; it’s about connecting with the local culture of Portoviejo while building a stronger team.

Pricing

Every team is unique, and so is our approach! Whether you want a small high-stakes leadership session or a massive brand activation for the whole company, we tailor the setup to your goals. Prices depend on group size, location, and specific customisation requirements.
