Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants during the charity event?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority in Portoviejo. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits for every participant. Our professional artists also give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We use premium paints and ensure the workshop space is well-ventilated, making it a safe, worry-free environment for kids, adults, and everyone in between. Everybody gets to express themselves securely!

Do we need any previous art experience to join in?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our expert artists in Portoviejo will guide your guests through everything from basic nozzle control to advanced layering techniques. We focus on 'learned by doing,' so within minutes, even those who have never held a spray can will be creating impressive art. It’s all about the fun, the community spirit, and supporting your cause!

How long does a typical charity graffiti session last?

We are super flexible! For a charity event in Portoviejo, we recommend a session of 2 to 3 hours to allow people to really get into the creative flow and produce a finished piece. However, if you're running a fast-paced fundraiser, we can adapt the format into shorter 'drop-in' slots. Just let us know your schedule, and we will make it work perfectly.

What materials do you provide for the fundraiser?

We've got you covered! Graffitifun provides everything: premium spray paint in a huge range of colours, caps, protective gear, and the 'canvas' (whether that's a temporary wall, boards, or a permanent mural space). You just need to provide the location and the enthusiastic crowd. We even handle the setup and the cleanup, so you can focus on your fundraising goals.

What kind of art projects can we create for our charity?

The sky is the limit! Many charity organisers in Portoviejo choose a theme related to their cause—like 'Hope,' 'Community,' or 'Nature.' Alternatively, we can create a giant collaborative mural where every participant adds a piece to a larger puzzle. You could even auction off the finished canvases at the end of the night to raise extra funds for your charity. It's totally customisable!

Do we have to pay in advance for the charity event?

At Graffitifun, we believe in peace of mind. We don't require any upfront payment to secure your booking in Portoviejo. You only pay after the workshop is successfully completed and everyone is happy with the results. This makes it much easier for charity committees to manage their budgets without any financial risk. Your satisfaction and the success of your fundraiser are our main goals!

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your charity vision. We’ll discuss your goals, the cause you’re supporting in Portoviejo, and how street art can help you smash those fundraising targets!
Theme selection: Work with our artists to pick a powerful theme that resonates with your charity’s mission—whether it’s local pride or global change.
Pick your spot: Choose your venue in Portoviejo. We can work indoors (with proper ventilation) or outdoors in the beautiful Manabí sunshine.
Setup and prep: On the day, our team arrives early to set up the protective flooring, canvases, and a colourful array of spray cans.
Artist demonstration: Our pro-graffiti artists kick things off with an inspiring demo, showing your guests the ropes and sparking their creativity.
Hands-on creation: This is the best bit! Your donors and supporters get stuck in, painting their own sections of the mural or individual canvases.
Final touches: Our artists help refine the artwork, adding professional outlines and highlights to make the final piece truly pop.
Grand reveal: Celebrate the finished masterpiece! It’s the perfect time for a group photo and a final push for donations.

Local culture

Portoviejo is a city known for its resilience and its deep love for Manabita culture. In recent years, the street art scene here has exploded, with murals popping up that celebrate the local heritage, the lush tropical landscapes, and the strength of the community. Hosting a charity graffiti event in Portoviejo taps directly into this local energy. Whether we are painting near the lush Parque La Rotonda or capturing the spirit of the Reales Tamarindos, your event will feel like a natural part of the city’s evolving urban canvas. 🌴

Fun Fact: Portoviejo is one of the oldest Spanish-founded cities in Ecuador, but today it pulses with a modern, youthful energy that makes it the perfect place for contemporary street art activism!

We love the way the Portovejense community rallies together. By choosing a graffiti workshop for your fundraiser, you’re providing a platform for local voices to be heard, all while supporting a great cause. It’s about more than just paint on a wall—it’s about the heart of Manabí. 🔥
