Do I need any prior art experience to enjoy the VIP workshop?

Absolutely not! Our VIP Kraków graffiti workshop is designed for everyone, from total beginners to seasoned creatives. Our professional street artists will guide you through every step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering advanced shading techniques. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the masterpiece you've created on your own canvas. It's all about having fun and expressing yourself in a relaxed, VIP environment.

What should I wear to the graffiti session?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy. While we provide high-quality protective suits, gloves, and masks, spray paint can sometimes be unpredictable! Think 'studio chic'—clothes that allow you to move freely while you’re creating your masterpiece. Most of our VIP guests find that old trainers and jeans work best for a day of urban creativity in the heart of Kraków.

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all participants with professional-grade FFP2 or FFP3 masks to ensure you aren't inhaling any fumes. Our spray paints are high-quality and used in a well-ventilated or outdoor environment. Your instructor will also give a full safety briefing before you start, covering everything from can control to spatial awareness, so you can focus entirely on the creative 'flow' of the experience.

How long does the VIP graffiti experience last?

Our VIP workshops in Kraków typically last between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us plenty of time for a deep dive into street art history, a comprehensive technique masterclass, and ample time for you to design and execute your own canvas or mural. We never rush the creative process, ensuring you have a relaxed, premium experience that feels like a true escape from the everyday hustle.

Can I take my artwork home with me?

Yes, the VIP experience is uniquely designed so that you can take your work home! Each participant works on a high-quality canvas during the main session. Once the paint has dried (which happens quite quickly), it’s yours to keep. It makes for an incredible, one-of-a-kind souvenir of your time in Kraków and a fantastic conversation starter for your home or office wall! Art that tells a story.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?

We understand that plans can change, especially when travelling. One of the perks of booking with Graffitifun is our flexible booking policy. We don't require upfront payments for most bookings—you pay after the workshop. If you need to reschedule or cancel your VIP session in Kraków, just let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without any stress.

Can the workshop be held at a location of my choice?

We can host our VIP experiences at various atmospheric locations across Kraków, from hidden urban courtyards to professional studio spaces. If you have a specific venue in mind, perhaps at your hotel or a private event space, we can often bring the workshop to you! Our 'mobile studio' setup includes all the protective floor and wall coverings needed to keep the environment pristine while we unleash our creativity.

🛡️ No-Risk Booking: No upfront payment required—we trust you to enjoy the experience and pay when you're happy!
🏙️ Iconic Local Vibes: We pick spots that reflect the true urban spirit of Poland's most beautiful city.
🚀 Bonus Tools: Get access to our online Tag Creator and Workshop Quiz to prep before you even arrive.

Step by step

Arrival and welcome: Meet your personal street art mentor at our Kraków creative hub. We’ll kick things off with a refreshing drink and a chat about the day's creative goals.
Briefing and history: Dive into the fascinating evolution of graffiti, from New York subways to the vibrant streets of Kazimierz and Podgórze.
Gear up: Put on your professional protective gear. We provide premium overalls, gloves, and high-spec masks to keep you comfortable and clean.
The Masterclass: Learn the 'anatomy' of a spray can. Your artist will demonstrate lines, dots, fades, and the secret 'fat cap' techniques used by the pros.
Sketching your vision: Brainstorm your design on paper with guidance from your mentor. Whether it's a personal tag or a complex character, we’ll help you refine it.
The first layer: Head to the canvas! You'll start with the background and 'fill-ins,' feeling the unique pressure and flow of the spray paint.
Detailing and outlines: This is where the magic happens. Use thinner caps to add sharp outlines, highlights, and your own unique 'flavour' to the piece.
The final reveal: Step back and admire your work. We’ll take professional photos of you with your masterpiece for your portfolio or social media.
Wrap up: Pop the caps back on, pack up your canvas (once dry), and head back into Kraków with your new skills and a custom piece of art.

Local culture

Kraków is a city where history meets the avant-garde. While the Main Square is breathtaking, the real soul of the city’s underground scene lives in districts like Kazimierz and Podgórze. Here, murals tell stories of the city’s complex past and its vibrant, hopeful future. Our VIP workshops often take inspiration from local legends like the Wawel Dragon or the intricate patterns found in Polish folk art, reimagined through a modern spray-can lens. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Kraków is home to some of the largest street art murals in Poland? The 'Ding Dong Dumb' mural in Podgórze is a world-renowned piece that challenges viewers to think about communication—much like the art you'll be creating!

Coming to Kraków for more than just art? We also host workshops in Warsaw, Lodz, Wroclaw, and Poznan!
