Is live painting safe for indoor events in Krakow?

Absolutely! Our live painting performances in Krakow are designed to be safe and spectator-friendly. We use high-quality spray paints and can even opt for low-odour or water-based alternatives for indoor venues. We set up professional floor protection and screens to ensure that the only thing getting painted is the canvas. Our artists are experienced in working around crowds, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.

How long does a live painting performance typically take?

The timeline is flexible! Most live painting sessions last between 2 to 5 hours, depending on the complexity of the design and the flow of your event. We can time the 'big reveal' to coincide with a specific moment, like a keynote speech or a product launch. Whether you want a fast-paced 'speed painting' vibe or a gradual masterpiece that develops over an evening, we've got you covered.

Can we request specific themes or logos for the artwork?

You sure can! While the artist leads the creative process, we love incorporating your brand colours, logos, or specific themes. During the planning phase, we'll discuss your vision and create a concept that aligns perfectly with your event's message. It’s all about creating a unique piece of art that tells your specific story while wowing your guests with the process.

What materials are included in the live painting package?

We provide everything needed for a spectacular show! This includes premium spray paint, professional-grade canvases or temporary walls, drop cloths for floor protection, and all safety gear. If the event is outdoors, we also bring weights for our setups. All you need to provide is a designated space and, if possible, access to a bit of lighting so the audience can see the magic happen clearly.

What happens if it rains during an outdoor event?

Krakow's weather can be unpredictable, but we’re prepared. For outdoor events, we recommend having a tent or a sheltered backup area. If the forecast looks rainy, we can easily move the performance under cover or indoors, provided there's enough ventilation. We always discuss a 'Plan B' with you during the booking process so the show goes on, rain or shine!

What do we do with the artwork after the event?

The best part is that the artwork is yours to keep! Many of our clients in Krakow choose to display the finished canvas in their office lobby, gift it to a lucky attendee, or auction it off for charity. It serves as a lasting, vibrant memory of your event. We can also help coordinate the transport of the finished piece to your desired location after the paint has dried.

Can guests participate in the painting process?

While live painting is primarily a performance, we can certainly incorporate interactive elements where guests can add a 'tag' or a small stroke to the canvas under the artist's guidance. If you want a more hands-on experience for everyone, you might also consider our brand activation or company event workshops alongside the live performance to give your guests the full street art experience!
