Is the graffiti workshop safe for all ages at a charity event?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We provide all participants with high-quality FFP3 masks, protective gloves, and disposable suits to keep your clothes clean. Our professional artists lead a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We use low-pressure paints that are easier to control, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and mess-free environment for your charity supporters in Shumen.

Do participants need prior art experience to join in?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our expert artists will guide your guests through every step, from holding the can to advanced shading techniques. By the end of the session, even those who thought they weren't 'artistic' will have created something they are proud of. It’s all about having fun and supporting a great cause together.

Where in Shumen can we host a graffiti charity fundraiser?

We are incredibly flexible. We can host the event at an outdoor public space (with permits), a private courtyard, or even indoors if the venue has proper ventilation. If you don't have a location in Shumen yet, let us know! We can often help recommend suitable spots or provide mobile graffiti walls that we set up and take down ourselves.

What is the maximum group size for a fundraising workshop?

We recommend a minimum of 10 people to get the atmosphere buzzing, but we can accommodate groups of up to 200+ by rotating sessions or using multiple artists. For very large charity festivals, we can set up 'drop-in' stations where hundreds of people can add their own small tag or contribution to a massive collaborative mural throughout the day.

How long does a typical charity graffiti session last?

Standard workshops usually run between 1.5 and 3 hours. For charity events, we can customise this. We can do a fast-paced 'speed painting' session or a more relaxed afternoon where people can take their time. We’ll work with your event schedule to ensure the graffiti activity fits perfectly between your other fundraising speeches or auctions.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?

While we can’t guarantee the weather, we always have a plan B. If your Shumen event is outdoors and rain is forecast, we can often provide gazebos or move the activity to a covered area. Because we have a large team of backup artists, we also guarantee that your event will never be cancelled due to staff illness. We’re committed to your cause!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your fundraiser in Shumen? It’s not just about the art; it’s about the experience and the visibility it brings to your mission. Here is why it works:

High Engagement: People don't just watch; they participate, creating a powerful emotional connection to your cause. 🎤
Instagrammable Moments: Street art is inherently visual, leading to massive social media exposure for your fundraiser.
Inclusivity: Everyone from kids to CEOs can pick up a spray can and contribute to the final piece.
Tangible Results: You end up with a stunning mural or individual canvases that can be auctioned off or displayed in the community. 🏆
Stress-Free Logistics: With our backup artist guarantee and full equipment supply, we take the hassle out of event planning.
Professional Guidance: Our artists are not just painters; they are facilitators who know how to energise a crowd.

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your charity goals. We’ll discuss the vision for your Shumen event and how street art can help raise maximum funds.
Design conceptualisation: Our artists create a preliminary sketch or theme that reflects your charity’s mission or the specific campaign you are running.
Site preparation: We arrive early at your Shumen location to set up mobile walls, floor protection, and all the necessary spray painting gear.
Safety & technique intro: We kick things off with a high-energy demo! Participants learn about nozzle control, 'can control', and safety protocols.
The creative process: Supporters get hands-on with the cans. Under our guidance, they begin filling in the mural or creating their individual masterpieces.
Refining the details: Our professional artists circulate to help participants add those 'pro' finishing touches, highlights, and outlines that make the art pop.
The big reveal: Once the mural is complete, we host a final viewing. This is the perfect moment for photos, press opportunities, and social media sharing.
Live auction (Optional): If you’ve created individual canvases, these can now be auctioned off to the highest bidder to boost your fundraising total!
Eco-friendly cleanup: We pack everything up, ensuring the Shumen venue is left exactly as we found it, leaving only your new artwork behind.

Local culture

Shumen is a city where history meets the horizon, dominated by the impressive Founders of the Bulgarian State Monument. While the city is steeped in ancient stories, there is a growing appetite for modern expression along the leafy boulevards and cultural hubs near the Shumen University. Bringing a graffiti fundraiser here adds a vibrant, contemporary layer to the city’s artistic landscape. We love the contrast of creating cutting-edge street art in a city with such deep roots—it symbolises growth and the bright future of the causes you support.

Fun Fact: Did you know Shumen is home to the first Bulgarian symphony orchestra? Creativity is in the DNA of this city, making it the perfect backdrop for a collaborative art event! 🎭

Pricing

Our charity event pricing is designed to be as accessible as possible to ensure more funds go toward your cause. Costs typically range from лв40 to лв90 per person, depending on the scale of the mural, the number of participants, and the specific materials required.

Because every fundraiser is unique—from small community gatherings to large corporate-sponsored galas—we provide bespoke pricing for every project in Shumen. We want to help you maximise your ROI (Return on Impact)! 🔥
