Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our leadership training is designed for beginners. Our professional graffiti artists will teach you the basics of spray painting—from nozzle control to shading—before we dive into the leadership exercises. Most participants have never held a spray can before, which actually makes the learning curve more exciting and levels the playing field for all team members.🎨

What should our team wear for the workshop in Shumen?

We suggest wearing clothes you don't mind getting a little messy. While we provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and masks, spray paint has a way of finding its way onto shoes or sleeves. Think 'casual and comfortable.' If you’re visiting from nearby Sofia or Varna, just bring your energy and a pair of old trainers!👟

How does graffiti actually translate to leadership skills?

Graffiti is the perfect metaphor for leadership: it requires vision, precise communication, and the ability to adapt when things get 'drippy.' By moving your team out of the boardroom and onto the wall, we strip away corporate hierarchies. This allows natural leadership qualities to emerge and forces the group to collaborate on a massive scale that is both physical and permanent.✨

How long does the leadership training session last?

A standard leadership session lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes a safety briefing, a crash course in technique, the collaborative conceptualization of your mural, and the final 'big reveal' where we review the work. We can adjust the duration based on your Shumen itinerary or specific corporate goals. Naturally, we keep the energy high throughout!🔥

What safety measures are in place during the workshop?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide professional-grade FFP masks, nitrile gloves, and protective suits. We choose our locations in Shumen to ensure proper ventilation, and our workshops are led by experienced artists who supervise every step of the process. You can focus on leading your team while we take care of the technical safety details.🛡️

Do we need to pay in advance for our corporate booking?

We don't want you worrying about admin before the fun starts. You don't need to pay anything upfront! Our 'pay after the workshop' policy ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before any invoice is settled. We believe in our product and our artists, so we are happy to prove the value to your team first.💰

What happens if it rains on the day of our session?

While we love the great outdoors, we have access to several sheltered and indoor spaces in Shumen. If the Bulgarian weather isn't playing ball, we simply move the session to a covered area to ensure your leadership training goes ahead without a hitch. We also have backup artists available to ensure your event is never cancelled.⛈️

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next leadership event in Shumen? Because it levels the playing field and forces people out of their comfort zones in the best way possible. Here’s why it works:

Breaks Hierarchies: On the wall, everyone starts with a blank slate. It’s about the best idea, not the highest job title. 🏆
Real-Time Problem Solving: Spray paint moves fast. Teams must communicate clearly and adapt instantly to mistakes.
Visualises Success: You don’t just talk about goals; you paint them in 10-foot-high letters. It’s a powerful visual anchor for your team. 🎤
Boosts Innovation: Street art encourages "thinking outside the box"—or rather, outside the office walls.
Unforgettable Bonding: There’s nothing quite like the shared adrenaline of creating a mural together to forge lasting workplace relationships. 🔥

Looking for different vibes? We also offer workshops for schools, festivals, bachelor parties, brand activations, company events, and kids' parties.

Step by step

The Vision: We start with a briefing on leadership goals—choosing a theme that represents your team's future.
Can control: Every leader needs tools; we teach you the basics of spray painting and nozzle pressure.
Sketching the plan: Your team collaborates on a large-scale sketch, defining roles and responsibilities.
The outline: The 'visionaries' take the lead in outlining the master structure on the wall.
Filling the gaps: Team members work together to layer colours, learning when to step up and when to support.
Feedback loops: Mid-way through, we pause to critique the work, adapting our strategy just like in a real project.
The final details: Precision work is required for highlights and shadows—focusing on the finishing touches.
The reveal: Step back and evaluate the collective masterpiece as a unified leadership group.
Debrief: We conclude with a discussion on how the day's lessons apply back at the office.

Local culture

Shumen is a city built on monumental leadership—from the towering heights of the plateau to the historic strength of the Shumen Fortress. Bringing a graffiti workshop here feels like a natural extension of that bold spirit. We often draw inspiration from the city's unique blend of brutalist architecture and lush greenery, providing a dramatic backdrop for your team's creative journey. Whether we're working near the bustling city centre or a quieter industrial spot, the energy of Shumen's history fuels every spray of the can.

Fun Fact: Shumen is home to the "Founders of the Bulgarian State" monument, the largest mosaic-adorned monument in the Balkans. It's the ultimate example of a "big picture" project—something we aim to replicate (on a slightly smaller scale!) during your workshop. 🏛️

If you're looking for more inspiration across Bulgaria, check out our workshops in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, or Burgas.

Pricing

We believe in transparent pricing tailored to your specific leadership goals. Our Shumen workshop rates are competitive and reflect our premium service level:
