Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Absolutely not! Our Pleven leadership workshops are designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide you through basic spray can techniques and letter structures. The focus here isn't on fine art, but on the collaborative process, communication, and the courage to try something new. You'll be surprised at how quickly your team finds their flow once they start painting.

How long does a typical leadership graffiti workshop last?

We usually recommend between 1.5 to 3 hours for a leadership session. This gives your group enough time to learn the basics, brainstorm their team message, and execute a large-scale piece together. It includes the briefing, safety instructions, sketching phase, and the final 'unveiling' of your masterpiece. We can easily adjust the duration to fit into your wider corporate itinerary or conference schedule in Pleven.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We take care of everything! Your booking includes premium spray cans in every colour of the rainbow, high-quality masks, protective gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We also provide the 'canvas'—whether that's a mobile wall, large boards, or even individual canvases if you want to take smaller pieces back to the office. All you need to bring is your team and a positive attitude.

Is the spray painting process safe for everyone?

The safety of your team is our number one priority. We provide professional-grade protective gear, including FFP2 or FFP3 masks to filter out fumes, and disposable gloves. Our workshops are ideally held outdoors or in well-ventilated spaces. Our experienced instructors closely supervise the activity, ensuring everyone uses the equipment correctly and follows safety protocols throughout the entire creative process.

How does graffiti actually translate to leadership skills?

Graffiti is inherently about breaking boundaries and seeing things from a new perspective. In our training, we use the wall as a metaphor for corporate challenges. The act of painting together requires real-time communication, trust, and shared vision. It’s an incredible way to highlight different leadership styles, encourage risk-taking, and build a sense of unity that traditional boardroom exercises simply can't replicate.

How does the payment process work?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexible booking policy. You don't have to pay a penny upfront—you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before any funds change hands. We accept various payment methods and will provide a full invoice for your company's accounting department.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your leadership training in Pleven? Because traditional methods often fail to stir the soul. Here’s why spray painting is the ultimate leadership tool: 🔥

Visualises shared vision: Nothing makes a goal clearer than seeing it painted 3-metres high in bright colours.
Encourages "out of the box" thinking: Graffiti is the ultimate medium for creative problem-solving and taking calculated risks. 🚀
Breaks down barriers: When everyone is wearing the same overalls and holding a spray can, job titles disappear and genuine teamwork begins.
Immediate feedback: In street art, every move you make shows up instantly, teaching leaders the importance of real-time adjustment and mentoring.
High-energy atmosphere: We bring the music, the vibes, and the passion, ensuring your team stays engaged from start to finish. 🔊
Tangible results: You’ll end the day with a massive physical piece of art that represents your team's collective strength.🏆

Step by step

Introduction and artist briefing: Meet your professional graffiti coaches who will share the history of the craft and explain how street art principles apply to modern leadership.
Safety first: Get geared up in our protective suits, gloves, and high-quality masks while learning the essential safety rules of handle spray cans.
Technique workshop: Learn the 'can control' basics like lines, dots, and fades to get comfortable with the medium.
The brainstorming phase: Your team will collaborate to design a concept that represents your collective goals, values, or leadership vision.
Sketching the foundation: Translation of your ideas onto the wall, learning how to delegate tasks and manage the overall 'big picture' project.
The group fill-in: Everyone gets to work together on the large-scale piece, requiring constant communication and real-time adjustment.
Adding the details: Refine the artwork with outlines and highlights, focusing on precision and the final 'polish' of your shared project.
Debrief and reflection: We gather around the finished wall to discuss the team dynamics, leadership wins, and how these lessons apply back at the office.
