Do I need to be artistic or have painted before?

Absolutely no art experience is needed! Our professional graffiti artists are there to guide you through every step, from holding the spray can to master shading techniques. Most of our participants haven't touched a spray can since childhood. The goal of our Pleven networking events is to encourage collaboration and creative freedom, so don't worry about being 'good' at art—just focus on having fun and meeting new people.

What should I wear to the graffiti workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dusty. While we provide high-quality protective overalls, shoe covers, and gloves, spray paint is permanent, and a stray mist can sometimes find its way onto your trainers! It's better to be safe and dress down so you can fully immerse yourself in the creative process without worrying about your wardrobe.

Is there an age limit for these networking events?

Not at all! Our Pleven networking workshops are designed for adults of all ages. Whether you are a young startup founder or a seasoned corporate executive, you'll find the process of spray painting incredibly rewarding and a great way to bond with others. It’s a fantastic icebreaker that levels the playing field, allowing everyone to connect through shared creativity and a bit of 'rebellious' fun.

How long does a typical creative session last?

We are extremely flexible! Our sessions typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. For networking events, we find that a 2-hour session is the 'sweet spot'—it gives enough time for a full creative tutorial, individual and group painting, and plenty of time to chat and socialise between layers. We can always adjust the timing to fit into your specific event schedule or conference agenda.

Is spray painting safe, and do you provide masks?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint and provide all necessary safety equipment, including high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks to ensure you aren't breathing in fumes. When weather permits, we love hosting these events outdoors in Pleven’s beautiful spaces, which provides the best ventilation possible. Our artists are trained to maintain a safe and controlled environment for the entire group.

Do I have to pay upfront for the booking?

We don't believe in rigid upfront payments. You can book your networking event with confidence knowing that you pay after the workshop is complete. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the experience we've delivered. This 'satisfactorily guaranteed' approach is part of our commitment to professional service and building long-term relationships with the Pleven business and creative community.

Where in Pleven do these workshops take place?

Pleven has some great spots, and we can work with you to find the ideal location. Whether it's a private outdoor courtyard, a rented warehouse space, or a corner of a local park where we have permission, we bring the 'street' to you. We set up mobile graffiti walls and protective flooring to ensure we leave the venue exactly as we found it—just with a lot more happy memories!

The experience

Why settle for a boring meet-and-greet when you could be creating something legendary? Here’s why a graffiti networking event in Pleven is the smartest move for your next gathering:

Instant Icebreaker: Nothing builds a bond faster than figuring out how to spray a perfect bevel together. 🎨
Zero Pressure: The focus is on the art, which takes the heat off those awkward "so what do you do?" silences. ✨
Memorable Branding: Create a piece that reflects your group's shared goals or industry—perfect for office decor later! 🏆
Level Playing Field: Whether you're a CEO or an intern, everyone starts with a blank canvas and a spray can. 💪
Professional Guidance: Our artists aren't just talented—they're great hosts who keep the energy high and the conversation flowing. 🎤
Stress Relief: There is something incredibly satisfying (and therapeutic) about the hiss of a spray can. 🎉

Step by step

Intro and demo: We start with a high-energy intro where our pro artists show you the ropes and demonstrate basic spray techniques.
Concept brainstorming: Grab a drink and chat with your fellow attendees as you sketch out ideas and themes for your collaborative masterpiece.
Safety first: Get geared up in our protective suits, gloves, and masks. We make sure everyone is safe and ready to paint.
First lines: Head to the canvas or wall and start with "can control" exercises—learning how to make dots, lines, and fades.
Individual tags: Create your own personal "tag" or logo. This is a great way to express your individual brand within the networking group.
Collaborative fill-in: Work together with your new connections to fill in the larger piece, negotiating colours and styles as you go.
The outline: Watch as the artwork comes together when we add the sharp outlines and highlights that make the graffiti pop.
Photos and final chats: Capture the moment with a group photo in front of your creation—the ultimate LinkedIn-worthy memory!
Clean up: We handle all the pack-down, leaving you to head off for dinner or drinks with your new Pleven business contacts.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Pleven is a city that prides itself on its rich history and beautiful green spaces like Kaylaka Park, but it’s also a rising hub for innovation in Northern Bulgaria. While the city is famous for the Panorama Mall and the Siege of Plevna, there’s a growing contemporary art scene that is just waiting to be explored. By bringing a graffiti networking event here, we’re tapping into that local spirit of resilience and creativity.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Pleven was the first city in Bulgaria to have electric lights back in 1890? Talk about a bright start! We’re bringing that same "spark" to your networking sessions.

Whether we're painting near the bustling city centre or in a more secluded creative space, the vibe of Pleven adds a unique character to every mural we create together. It's about combining the city's heritage with the modern, urban energy of street art. If you've already explored the local scene in cities like Sofia or Plovdiv, you'll find Pleven's community uniquely welcoming and ready for something different!
