Do my team members need to have artistic skills?

Not at all! Our Turku leadership training is designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. The graffiti workshop is about the process of collaboration and stepping outside your comfort zone, not your technical painting ability. Our professional artists provide all the 'hacks' you need to create something that looks awesome, ensuring the focus remains on your team's leadership dynamics.

Is the graffiti workshop safe and legal?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 masks, protective overall suits, and gloves to keep everyone clean and safe. We use professional-grade spray paints and conduct our workshops in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specialized indoor spaces in Turku. Our instructors provide a full safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free environment for your leadership development.

How long does the leadership training session last?

A standard leadership workshop in Turku typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows for an introductory session on graffiti history, a hands-on technique tutorial, the collaborative mural project, and a final debriefing where we connect the creative experience back to your specific leadership goals. We can also customize the duration to fit into a larger corporate retreat or seminar schedule.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

We are highly flexible! We can host groups as small as 5 people for intimate executive coaching, or large departments of up to 100+ participants. For larger groups in Turku, we bring in additional artist-coaches to ensure every sub-team receives personal guidance and that the leadership lessons remain impactful and focused, regardless of the troop size.

What should we wear for the workshop?

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little bit of dust on. While we provide full protective suits, it's best to avoid your most expensive designer gear just in case. Since Turku weather can be unpredictable, we recommend dressing in layers. Other than your enthusiasm and an open mind, we provide everything else—paint, boards, and safety gear!

Can you host the workshop at our office location?

Absolutely! We can bring the workshop to your company premises in Turku if you have a suitable outdoor space, or we can arrange a session at one of the city's legal graffiti walls or a dedicated event venue. If the Finnish weather doesn't cooperate, we have indoor solutions using low-odour paints or alternative canvases to ensure your leadership training goes ahead as planned.

Do we need to pay in advance?

We want you to focus on the experience, not the admin. That’s why we offer a 'play now, pay later' policy. No upfront deposit is required to secure your date in Turku. After the workshop is complete and your team is buzzing with new insights, we will send over the invoice. It’s all part of our commitment to a stress-free, professional service.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your leadership development in Turku? Because typical seminars don't give you a vivid, 3-metre-long mural of your collective vision! Here is why we are the top choice for forward-thinking companies:

🚀 Break the Hierarchy: Spray paint is a great equaliser, allowing natural leadership to emerge regardless of job titles.
🔥 Real-Time Problem Solving: Mistakes in graffiti happen quickly—teaching your leaders how to pivot and adapt under pressure.
✨ Visualise the Strategy: Transform abstract company values into a concrete piece of art that you can hang in your office.
🤝 Boost Communication: Creating a cohesive mural requires ultra-clear coordination and active listening.
🏆 Professional Guidance: Work with actual street artists who have years of experience coaching corporate groups.
💪 Zero Risk: With our 'pay after' policy and backup artists, your event in Turku is guaranteed to be a success.

Step by step

Initial briefing: We meet your team at the chosen Turku location for a quick intro to graffiti culture and safety.
The 'Vision' stage: Our coaches lead a brainstorming session where your leaders identify a core theme or goal for their mural.
Technical demo: Learn the basics of spray control, from 'fat caps' for filling to 'skinny caps' for sharp outlines.
Role delegation: The group must decide who handles strategy, who manages the 'filling', and who adds the finishing details.
The first layer: Start applying the base colours, requiring constant communication to ensure the proportions are right.
Collaborative problem solving: Mid-way through, we introduce a 'challenge' that requires quick thinking and adaptive leadership.
Refining the piece: Leaders step back to assess progress, providing constructive feedback to their 'crew' to sharpen the artwork.
The big reveal: Celebrate the finished masterpiece and take team photos with your professional-grade street art.
Leadership debrief: We sit down to discuss the parallels between the workshop and your daily work environment in Turku.

Good to know

Our workshops are designed to be seamless and stress-free. We provide all the professional-grade materials, including premium spray cans in a rainbow of colours, high-quality canvases or boards, and full protective gear (coveralls, gloves, and FFP3 masks) to keep your team safe and tidy. 🎨✨

Duration: 2 to 3 hours of high-octane creativity.
Group Sizes: From small management teams (5+) to large corporate divisions.
Inclusions: All art supplies, professional artist-coaches, and a custom artwork to keep.
Safety: Full health and safety briefing provided at the start of every session.
Weather: We have indoor and outdoor venues across Turku to suit any season.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Turku, with its stunning Aura River and historic charm, is quietly becoming a hub for innovative street art. From the murals decorating the former industrial areas to the legal walls that encourage local talent, the city provides the perfect atmosphere for a creative breakthrough. We often draw inspiration from Turku's unique blend of medieval history and modern Nordic design to help your team think outside the box.

🎨 Fun Fact: Did you know that Turku is home to some of Finland's most impressive large-scale murals commissioned for the 'Turku 2011' European Capital of Culture project? We can even tailor your workshop to include a mini-tour of these local landmarks!

Our workshops fit right into the Turku spirit—resourceful, bold, and surprisingly edgy. It’s the ideal place to strip away corporate titles and let authentic leadership shine through the haze of neon paint.
