Can the live painting performace take place indoors?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, low-odour water-based spray paints for indoor events in Lucerne. We also provide professional floor protection and ventilation solutions if needed. Whether it’s a ballroom at the Bürgenstock Resort or a local gallery, we ensure the venue stays pristine while the art comes to life right before your guests' eyes.

Can guests take the artwork home after the show?

Yes, that is the most popular option! We often create a large mural during the event, and then we can cut the wooden panels or canvas into smaller pieces. Your guests can take home a literal piece of the event’s soul. It's a fantastic alternative to traditional party favours and keeps the memory of your Lucerne gathering alive.

How long does a live painting session typically last?

We usually suggest a duration of 2 to 4 hours to match the flow of your event. However, we are completely flexible. We can perform a high-energy 'speed painting' session in 30 minutes, or provide a steady creative background presence that spans an entire day-long conference or festival in the city centre.

Is it possible for guests to participate in the painting?

While our artist does the heavy lifting, we love making it interactive! We can set up a 'guest participation' area where your visitors can add a few strokes or spray their own tag under professional guidance. It’s a great way to break the ice and get everyone involved in the creative process during your Lucerne event.

What happens if the artist is unable to make it?

We pride ourselves on reliability. We have a solid roster of backup artists ready to step in if an emergency arises. You won't be left with an empty wall! Furthermore, we don't require upfront payments; you only pay once the job is successfully completed and you are 100% happy with the result.

What kind of surfaces can you paint on during the event?

We can paint on almost anything! Popular choices include large stretched canvases, wooden partition walls, or even objects like cars, refrigerators, or shipping containers. If you have a specific surface in mind for your Lucerne brand activation or party, just let us know and we will bring the right primers and paints.

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your event date and venue in Lucerne. We’ll discuss the vibe, the space, and what kind of impact you want to make.
Concept design: Our artists sketch out a design that matches your theme, whether it’s a corporate logo, a Lucerne landscape, or abstract street art.
Setup and protection: We arrive early at your venue to set up the 'stage.' We lay down protective flooring and arrange the canvases or panels.
The performance starts: As your guests arrive, the artist begins the first layers. The smell of creativity (and low-odour paint) fills the air!
Dynamic evolution: Throughout the event, people watch the piece evolve from a rough sketch to a vibrant, polished masterpiece.
Interactive moments: If you've opted for it, we’ll invite guests to grab a can and add their own small flair to the artwork.
The grand reveal: We put the finishing touches on the work during the peak of your event for a 'wow' moment.
Post-event handling: Once the paint is dry, we can help dismantle the setup. The art is yours to keep, display, or gift to participants!

Local culture

Lucerne is world-famous for its historic murals on the facades of the Altstadt, but we’re here to bring a modern, urban twist to that artistic tradition. While the city celebrates its medieval heritage and the iconic Chapel Bridge, there is a growing appetite for contemporary expression. Our live painting sessions bridge the gap between Lucerne's classic beauty and the raw energy of modern street culture. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Lucerne has a long-standing history of "Façade Painting"? Many of the historic buildings in the old town tell stories through elaborate wall paintings dating back centuries. We like to think of our live graffiti as the 21st-century evolution of that local storytelling!

Pricing

Our live painting performances are tailored to the scale and needs of your specific event. Pricing generally ranges from CHF40 to CHF85 per person (based on estimated audience engagement and material requirements).

Because every event in Lucerne is unique—from intimate VIP gatherings to large-scale festivals—we recommend getting a bespoke estimate. No hidden fees, and remember: you only pay after the event is a success! 🔥
