How long does a live painting session usually last?

A live painting session in Vejle usually lasts between 2 and 5 hours, depending on the scale of the artwork and your event timeline. We are flexible and can work around your schedule, whether you want a high-energy short burst of creativity or a mural that evolves slowly throughout a full-day conference. We’ll discuss the perfect timing during the planning phase to ensure maximum impact for your guests.

Will the spray paint leave a mess or a strong smell?

Not at all! Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. We use high-quality, low-odour spray paint and professional-grade floor protection to ensure your venue remains spotless. We also have experience working in both indoor and outdoor spaces across Denmark. Our artists manage the entire setup and cleanup process, so you don't have to worry about a single drop of paint ending up where it shouldn't.

Can we choose the theme or incorporate our company logo?

Absolutely! We love it when clients get involved in the creative process. Whether you want to incorporate specific brand colours, a company logo, or a particular theme relevant to your event in Vejle, our artists will work closely with you. We can even create a preliminary sketch for your approval before the event begins, ensuring the final masterpiece aligns perfectly with your vision.

Can guests participate in the painting themselves?

Yes, we can! While our artists do the heavy lifting to ensure a professional result, we can set up 'interactive zones' where guests can add their own small touches under expert supervision. It’s a fantastic way to boost engagement and make everyone feel like they are part of the artistic process. This is particularly popular for brand activations and team-building events in the Jutland region.

What materials are included in the live painting package?

We provide everything needed for a spectacular show. This includes the artist, high-quality spray cans in a wide range of colours, protective gear, floor covering, and the canvas or surface itself. Whether we are painting on a mobile wooden wall, a large canvas, or even a vehicle, we bring all the professional equipment. All you need to provide is the space and the audience!

How far in advance do I need to book for an event in Vejle?

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events or busy seasons in Vejle. However, thanks to our large network of professional artists and our backup artist guarantee, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. If you have an event coming up soon, don't hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our absolute best to make the magic happen for you!

What happens to the painting after the event is over?

The final artwork belongs to you! Many of our clients choose to display the finished piece in their office, shop, or community centre as a permanent reminder of the event. If the painting was done on a portable surface like a canvas or wooden panel, we’ll help you arrange for it to stay at the venue or be transported to your preferred location once it’s dry.
