What materials are provided for the networking event?

Everything is included! We provide high-quality aerosol cans in a rainbow of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and masks to keep you clean. We also bring canvases or boards for the workshop, and of course, our professional artist mentors who lead the session. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and bring your enthusiasm for meeting new people in Kitale.

Do I need to have any artistic experience?

Not at all! Our events are designed for everyone, from those who haven't picked up a pen in years to seasoned doodles. Our professional artists will guide you through the basics of spray painting, lettering, and blending. The focus is on the networking experience and having a blast while doing something different, so there is no pressure to be the next Banksy.

How long does the graffiti networking event last?

Our creative networking sessions typically last between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for introductions, a crash course in graffiti techniques, the collaborative painting session, and plenty of time to chat and exchange contacts. We find this is the 'sweet spot' where energy stays high and everyone leaves with both a masterpiece and new connections.

Is the spray painting part of the event safe?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-odour professional spray paints and provide all necessary protective gear, including masks and gloves. We prefer to host these events in well-ventilated or outdoor spaces in Kitale. Our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a fun environment that is safe for all participants.

How much does a networking event in Kitale cost?

Because we tailor every event to the specific group and location, we don't have a one-size-fits-all price. Factors like the number of participants, the venue, and any custom requirements (like branded canvases) influence the cost. However, we offer a free Cost Calculator on our site and you can request a quote in seconds. Plus, you only pay after the event!

Can we customise the theme of the graffiti session?

Absolutely! While our standard events are great, we love it when companies or groups want to incorporate their own brand. We can prepare stencils with your logo or work with a specific colour palette that matches your brand identity. It's a fantastic way to make the networking event feel truly unique to your organization or industry group.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti-themed event to grow your Kitale network? Because nothing builds trust faster than creating something together. Here is why our creative sessions are the ultimate networking hack:

No more awkward silence: Having a can in your hand gives you a shared purpose, naturally sparking conversations without the pressure. 🎤
Levelling the playing field: Whether you're a CEO or a new starter, everyone is a beginner with a spray can. It creates a friendly, horizontal atmosphere.
Memorable impact: You won't forget the person who helped you blend that perfect shade of neon blue! These memories stick better than business cards. 🔥
High-energy vibes: The music, the colours, and the physical act of painting keep energy levels high from start to finish.
Local expertise: Our professional artists are masters at facilitating both art and interaction, ensuring everyone feels included. 🎉
Zero risk: With our pay-after-the-event policy and 100% fun guarantee, your networking investment in Kitale is totally protected.

Step by step

Warm welcome and icebreaker: We start with a relaxed meet-and-greet in Kitale to get everyone comfortable and introduce our lead artists.
The tag creator session: Before picking up real cans, we use our digital tools to brainstorm 'tags' or names that represent your personal brand or business.
Graffiti 101: Our pros demonstrate essential techniques—nozzles, pressure control, and how to create those iconic clean lines.
Collaborative sketching: Group up! You'll work with new contacts to sketch out a large-scale concept that combines your collective ideas.
The 'paints-on' phase: This is where the magic happens. Grab a mask and start filling in the colours, blending shades, and adding highlights.
Structured networking breaks: Between layers of paint, we facilitate quick 'swap-and-chat' moments to ensure you talk to as many people as possible.
The grand reveal: We step back to admire the finished collaborative mural—a perfect backdrop for group photos and LinkedIn updates.
Exchange and wrap-up: The session ends with a final round of networking and digital contact sharing while the paint dries.

Local culture

Kitale, known as the agricultural basket of Kenya, is a town blooming with potential and a growing community of young professionals and creatives. While it's famous for its lush landscapes and proximity to Mount Elgon, the urban heartbeat of Kitale is increasingly embracing modern art and expressive subcultures. Bringing a graffiti-focused networking event here taps into that spirited energy, offering a fresh, contemporary way for the local business community to connect outside of the traditional office setting.

Fun Fact: Did you know Kitale is home to the Treasures of Africa Museum? While that museum looks at the past, our graffiti workshops are all about the future of Kitale's creative and professional scene, blending tradition with modern street culture! 🎨
