Is the graffiti workshop safe for people with special needs?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We use low-odour, high-quality spray paints and provide all necessary protective equipment, including masks, gloves, and aprons. Our professional artists are highly experienced in managing workshops for participants with various needs, ensuring a controlled, supportive, and secure environment throughout the entire session in Kitale.

Can you accommodate participants with physical disabilities?

Naturelly! We pride ourselves on being fully inclusive. Whether your group includes individuals with physical disabilities, sensory processing disorders, or learning difficulties, we adapt our teaching style and the physical setup to suit them. We can work on vertical walls, horizontal tables, or even smaller canvases to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and joyfully.

How long does a special needs graffiti session last?

A standard workshop usually lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. However, we are very flexible! We know that some groups might need more frequent breaks or a slower pace to fully enjoy the creative process. We can tailor the duration to match the energy levels and concentration spans of your specific group in Kitale.

Where in Kitale do the workshops take place?

We bring the art to you! We can host the workshop at your facility, a local community centre, or an accessible outdoor space in Kitale. If you don't have a venue, let us know, and we can help find a suitable, accessible location that meets all requirements for your group to paint freely.

Do participants need to have any previous art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our friendly professional artists lead everyone through the process step-by-step, starting with simple shapes and "tagging" before moving on to bigger designs. The focus is entirely on expression, sensory play, and having a fantastic time, regardless of prior artistic skill.

How does the payment process work?

We’ve made it easy for you. There is no upfront payment required when you book your Kitale session. You only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This ensures a stress-free planning process for carers, teachers, and organisers. Get in touch for a custom quote today!

Local culture

Kitale, known for its lush greenery and the stunning Museum of Kenya, is a town that appreciates culture and community. We love bringing the modern, urban energy of street art to this agricultural hub. Our workshops fit perfectly into Kitale's growing community spirit, offering a fresh way for local disability centres and schools to engage with contemporary art. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Kitale was originally founded as a relay station on the transport route between Mount Elgon and the railway? Just as the town served as a vital connection point, our graffiti workshops serve as a bridge, connecting people of all abilities through the power of shared creativity! 🎨
