Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! This event is designed for everyone, from CEOs who haven't picked up a brush since primary school to creative directors. Our professional graffiti artists will guide you through the process, teaching you the basics of can control, lettering, and blending. It’s all about the experience, the connection, and having a laugh while doing something totally different. Most people are amazed at what they create!

Is the paint safe and do you provide protective gear?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including overalls, gloves, and professional-grade masks. We typically host these events in well-ventilated spaces or outdoors. Our artist-instructors will give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can, ensuring that the only thing you have to worry about is making your tag look awesome and meeting new people.

What is the ideal group size for a networking workshop?

The beauty of our creative networking event is its flexibility. We can host small, intimate groups of 10 for deep networking or large-scale corporate mixers for over 200 people. For larger groups, we simply bring in more professional artists and set up more canvas stations to ensure everyone gets hands-on time and the atmosphere remains high-energy and engaging.

How long does a typical graffiti networking session last?

A standard creative networking session usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe allows for an initial intro and 'ice-breaking' period, the artistic instruction, the actual painting session, and plenty of time in between for refreshments and networking. We can also customise the duration to fit into a tighter conference schedule or expand it for an all-day team summit.

What materials are provided by Graffitifun?

Everything you need is included in the package! We provide a wide range of premium spray paint colours, protective clothing, various nozzle types (caps), and the canvases or walls you'll be painting on. We even bring the music to get the vibe right. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on.

Can you host the event at our specific office or venue?

Yes, we are very flexible! While we have partner locations in Moscow, we can also bring the complete graffiti setup to your chosen venue, provided there is adequate ventilation or an outdoor area. Whether it’s your office courtyard, a rented warehouse, or a hotel terrace, our team handles the transport, setup, and cleanup so you can focus on your guests.

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is simple! Since every networking event is unique, we don't have a one-size-fits-all price. Factors like group size and location affect the cost. Just use our simple 'Request a Quote' form or use our online Cost Calculator to get an instant estimate. Once you're happy, we'll lock in the date—no upfront payment is required to get the ball rolling!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti-themed networking event in Moscow? Because traditional networking is often forgettable, but creating a mural together is iconic. It's the perfect way to spark conversation and build trust in a relaxed, high-energy environment. 🔥

Instant ice-breaking: Nothing kills social anxiety faster than a spray can and a blank wall!
Memorable brand activation: Your company values or event theme can be integrated into the final artwork.
Professional guidance: Learn from actual graffiti artists who live and breathe Moscow's street culture. 🎤
Stress-free planning: We handle all the logistics, from protective gear to the final cleanup.
Inclusive for all: You don't need to be an artist; our system makes it fun for everyone regardless of skill level. 🏆
Flexible locations: Whether it's a rooftop in the city centre or a trendy loft, we bring the vibe to you.

Step by step

Arrival and welcome: Your guests arrive at the venue and are greeted with a vibrant atmosphere and a splash of colour to set the mood.
The ice-breaker: Our lead artist kicks things off with a high-energy demo, explaining the history of street art and showing off some pro moves to get everyone inspired.
Technique workshop: Attendees are split into smaller groups where they learn the 'anatomy' of a spray can, from different nozzles to pressure control and line work.
Collaborative sketching: Before painting, groups brainstorm their designs, encouraging immediate communication and shared creative goals.
The painting phase: The cans start clicking! Participants work together on large-scale canvases, blending styles and helping each other perfect their tags.
Guided networking: While the paint dries, our team facilitates structured but informal networking 'huddles' to ensure everyone meets beyond their immediate group.
Grand reveal: The finished pieces are brought together to create a massive, cohesive mural that represents the collective energy of the event.
Photo op and wrap-up: We take professional photos of the group with their masterpiece—perfect for your company's social media or internal office decor.

Our workshops tap into this local spirit, giving your networking event an authentic Moscow edge. We celebrate the city's unique blend of tradition and modern street art, providing a backdrop that is as inspiring as the Kremlin itself. 🏙️
