Do I need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our pop-up events in Moscow are designed for everyone, from those who have never touched a spray can to seasoned doodlers. Our pro artists guide you through every step, starting with basic lines and safety before moving on to cool techniques like fading and outlining. You will be amazed at how quickly you can create something that looks genuinely awesome with just a little bit of expert coaching. Everyone is an artist here!

Is it safe to use spray paint indoors or at events?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep your clothes clean and your lungs safe. We also use low-pressure spray cans that are much easier to control than standard industrial paint. Every session starts with a safety briefing to ensure everyone knows how to handle the equipment properly, making it a worry-free environment for kids and adults alike in the heart of the city.

Where can the pop-up event take place?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you want to set up in a trendy loft in the Red October district, a corporate office, or an outdoor park, we can make it happen. We use specialized mobile walls and protective floor coverings to ensure your venue stays exactly as it was found. If you don't have a venue yet, just let us know—we have partners across Moscow and can help find the perfect spot for your creative pop-up.

How long does a typical graffiti workshop session last?

While our standard workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours, we can adapt the timing to fit your specific event schedule. For festivals or large brand activations, we can run shorter 'teaser' sessions throughout the day or one continuous collaborative mural project. Tell us your timeline, and we will tailor the flow to keep the energy high and the paint flowing without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

What do we need to provide for the workshop?

Everything is included in the package! We bring the spray paint in a huge variety of vibrant colours, caps (nozzles) for different effects, protective gear (overalls, masks, gloves), and the 'canvas' (which could be mobile walls, boards, or even actual canvases). You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We handle the setup and the cleanup entirely.

How does the payment process work?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexibility. We don't require any upfront deposits to secure your date. You can pay after the workshop is completed, once you've seen the smiles and the finished masterpieces. This takes the stress out of the planning process. We accept various payment methods, ensuring a smooth and professional transaction for both private groups and corporate clients looking for that unique Moscow street art vibe.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next Moscow event? It’s more than just painting; it’s about breaking down barriers and letting loose in a city that’s always on the move. Here’s why it’s a total game-changer:

🚀 Ultimate Stress Buster: Nothing beats the satisfying "hiss" of a spray can to let off some steam after a long week.
🤝 Real Collaboration: Our workshops encourage people to work together on a single, giant mural, fostering authentic connections.
🎨 Zero Skills Required: We promise! Our artists make it so easy that even the "I can't draw a stick figure" person will be proud of their work.
💪 Professional Setup: We bring years of European experience to Moscow, ensuring a smooth, safe, and professional execution.
📸 Instagram Heaven: The vibrant colours and edgy aesthetic create the perfect backdrop for photos that will make your event go viral.

Whether you're looking for company events or a kids party, our pop-up format is the most flexible way to bring art to your venue!

Step by step

Consultation & concept: We start by chatting about your vision. Whether it's a team-building exercise or a brand launch, we'll help you pick a theme and style that fits the Moscow vibe.
On-site setup: Our team arrives early to set up mobile graffiti walls and lay down protective floor coverings. We turn your venue into a temporary street art studio!
Gear up for action: Guests are welcomed and equipped with professional protective gear, including overalls, masks, and gloves. Safety first, style second!
The artist's intro: Our professional graffiti artists give an energetic intro, explaining the history of street art and the 'rules' of the spray can.
Mastering the lines: You'll start with basic techniques—learning how to control the spray, create thin lines, and fill in large areas without drips.
Design & filling: This is where the magic happens! Participants start working on their designs, using a wide range of vibrant colours to bring the mural to life.
The finishing touch: Our pros help you with 'outlining' and adding 'highlights' or 'force-fields' to make your graffiti truly pop off the wall.
The grand reveal: Step back and admire the collective masterpiece! It’s the perfect time for group photos and celebrating the creative energy you've unleashed.

Local culture

Moscow’s street art scene is as epic as its history! From the towering murals in the Artplay design centre to the hidden gems tucked away in the courtyards of the Winzavod Contemporary Art Centre, the city is a living gallery. Moscow has transitioned from simple tags to breathtaking, multi-storey masterpieces that reflect its modern soul and architectural grandeur. Doing a workshop here means tapping into that massive energy!

Fun Fact: Moscow is home to some of the largest street art murals in Europe, with entire residential blocks often transformed into canvases during international urban art festivals. ✨

Our pop-up events embrace this "Go Big or Go Home" attitude. We don't just paint; we create experiences that resonate with the bold, industrious, and creative spirit of this iconic capital. Whether you're inspired by the metro’s mosaics or the avant-garde history of Russia, we help you translate that into modern street art. 🎤
