How long does a typical graffiti networking event in Samara last?

In Samara, we generally plan for 2 to 2.5 hours. This gives your team enough time to break the ice through sketching, learn the spray painting basics, and collaborate on a large-scale mural. If you have a specific schedule for your networking event, we can certainly adjust the timing to fit your itinerary perfectly. We aim for a pace that is energetic but never rushed.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our Samara networking events are designed for everyone, from CEOs to interns, regardless of their artistic background. Our professional artists guide you through every step, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident. The goal is to connect and have fun, not to create a museum masterpiece—though you might be surprised at how great the final result looks!

What should we wear, and do you provide protective gear?

Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. We provide high-quality protective gear, including suits, gloves, and masks. While the spray paint we use is professional-grade, we take every precaution to keep your clothes clean. We do recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes you wouldn't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on, just to be safe during the creative process!

Where in Samara do these events take place?

Currently, we don't have a fixed studio in Samara, which gives us great flexibility! We can host the event at your office car park, a rented warehouse, or any outdoor space with permission. If you don't have a venue, let us know—we can suggest several creative, 'industrial-chic' spots around the city that provide the perfect backdrop for a graffiti session.

How much does a networking event cost in Samara?

Because our Samara events are fully customised to your group size and specific requirements, we don't have a flat rate. Factors like the number of artists needed, the volume of paint, and the canvas surface (walls vs. mobile boards) all influence the cost. Use our Cost Calculator or request a quote for a transparent, no-obligation price estimate tailored to your needs.

Can we incorporate our company branding into the artwork?

Absolutely! We can work with your marketing team to ensure the colour palette and the final mural design align with your company’s branding. Many Samara businesses choose to include their logo or core values in the artwork. It’s a fantastic way to reinforce company identity while building stronger relationships between team members and partners.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

In the event of typical Samara rain, we have a few options. We can move the event to a covered outdoor area or an indoor space with proper ventilation. If you’ve booked an outdoor session and the weather turns, our backup artists and coordinators will work with you to reschedule or find a suitable indoor alternative so the creative momentum isn't lost.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next professional gathering in Samara? Because nothing kills awkward small talk like a spray can and a blank wall! It’s the ultimate way to level the playing field and get people talking. 🔥

Total inclusion: It doesn't matter if you're a pro artist or haven't picked up a pen in years—everyone can contribute.
Memorable branding: Create a piece of art that reflects your company mission or Samara's local pride.
Stress-free booking: With no upfront payment and guaranteed backup artists, your planning is worry-free. 💪
Unique atmosphere: Move away from stuffy hotels and into creative, industrial, or outdoor spaces that Samara is famous for.
Interactive tools: Use our Tag Creator online before the event to get everyone hyped and thinking about their designs!
Real connection: Working on a shared mural builds genuine bonds that "standard" networking just can't match. 🎤

Step by step

Select your Samara spot: Choose your office, a local Samara warehouse, or an outdoor space. We bring the art to you!
Define your vision: Tell us your event goals. Are we building team spirit, celebrating a milestone, or just having a blast?
Intro and safety briefing: Our pro artists kick things off with a fun intro, safety tips, and a breakdown of the gear.
Sketching and brainstorming: Participants grab markers and paper to brainstorm themes together. This is where the networking really starts!
Can control 101: Learn the professional techniques—thick lines, thin lines, fades, and fills. It's easier than it looks!
The big reveal: It's time to hit the wall or canvases! Everyone contributes to a massive, collaborative piece of street art.
Final touches: Our artists help you add those sharp outlines and highlights that make the artwork pop.
Group photo and cheers: We celebrate the finished masterpiece with a group photo—the perfect memento for your social media.
Zero-stress cleanup: We pack up everything, leaving the site as clean as we found it (except for your amazing new art!).

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Samara has an incredible vibe that blends its rich aerospace history with a growing contemporary art scene. You can feel the city's energy along the famous Samara Embankment, and we love bringing that same spark to our workshops. While the city might be famous for the Soyuz rocket, its streets are increasingly becoming a gallery for local talent. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Samara was once the "second capital" of the country and is home to one of the world's deepest bunkers? That subterranean grit and historical depth make it a fascinating place for "underground" street art to flourish! When we host events here, we tap into that resilient, creative Samara spirit to get everyone's ideas flowing.
