Do I need to have any artistic skills to participate?

Absolutely not! Our networking events are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned doodlers. Our professional artists will guide you through every spray and stroke. The creative process is actually a fantastic icebreaker, helping people relax and connect over a shared, brand-new experience. You'll be amazed at what you can create together when the pressure of 'being an artist' is removed.

What about safety and our clothes?

We take safety very seriously. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your professional attire clean. While we recommend wearing comfortable clothes, our gear is designed to offer full protection. We also use low-odour professional spray paints and conduct our sessions in well-ventilated areas to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all participants during the networking session.

How long does a typical networking workshop last?

While we suggest a duration of 2 to 3 hours for the best experience, we can easily adapt the schedule. If you have a tight conference agenda or a longer evening mixer planned, we can offer express 'tagging' sessions or extended collaborative mural projects. Just let us know your timeline, and we will build a creative itinerary that fits perfectly into your Yekaterinburg event schedule.

Do we need to pay in advance?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexibility—you don't pay a penny until the workshop is over! We trust our service and want you to be 100% satisfied with the vibe and result before settling the bill. This makes the booking process stress-free for organisers, as there are no complicated upfront financial hurdles to jump through.

What size of group can you accommodate?

The size of the group is entirely up to you. Whether you are hosting an intimate boardroom brainstorm for 10 people or a massive industry convention for 200, we have the artists and materials to scale up. For very large groups, we can set up multiple 'creative stations' to keep the flow of networking smooth and ensure everyone gets hands-on time with the spray cans.

What happens if the weather in Yekaterinburg is bad?

Weather in the Urals can be unpredictable! While we love painting outdoors in the summer, we have great indoor solutions for the colder months. We use special indoor spray paints or can pivot to high-quality markers and canvas-based activities. We always have a backup plan ready, so your networking event will go ahead rain, snow, or shine.

The experience

Why settle for a polite handshake when you can share a spray can? Our workshops are the ultimate catalyst for genuine conversation. Here is why you should choose us for your next Yekaterinburg gathering:

🔥 Zero-pressure atmosphere: The "level playing field" of art helps people drop their professional guard and talk more freely.
🏆 Memorable branding: Create a collaborative mural that incorporates your company values or event theme.
✨ Expert guidance: Our professional artists are not just great painters; they are fantastic facilitators who keep the energy high.
🚀 No risk booking: With no upfront payment required, you can plan with total peace of mind.
🎤 Unique talking point: Give your guests something to talk about for months—their first piece of street art!

Step by step

Break the ice: We kick things off with a high-energy introduction to graffiti culture and a quick safety briefing.
The tag creator: Use our digital tools or paper sketches to brainstorm your personal 'tag' or a concept that represents your business goals.
Can control: Our pros show you the ropes—literally. You'll learn how to handle the spray cans, control pressure, and swap nozzles for different effects.
Collaborative sketching: Teams work together to outline a large-scale mural on a canvas or temporary wall, encouraging immediate communication and teamwork.
Filling and blending: This is where the magic happens! Participants start layering colours, blending gradients, and bringing the collective vision to life.
The finishing touches: Add those sharp outlines and 'highlights' that make the street art pop, guided all the way by our expert artists.
Gallery walk: We finish the session with a guided walk-through of the artwork, allowing everyone to share their thoughts and exchange business cards.
Capture the moment: Take group photos in front of your masterpiece—perfect for LinkedIn and internal company newsletters!

Local culture

Yekaterinburg isn't just a gateway between Europe and Asia; it's a thriving hub of independent art and industrial grit. The city has a deep-rooted love for street art, famously hosting the Stenograffia festival, which has transformed drab grey walls into world-class canvases. By choosing a graffiti networking event here, you’re tapping into the city’s unique underground pulse. From the busy streets of the city centre to the creative clusters popping up in former factories, Yekaterinburg breathes creativity. ✨

Fun fact: Yekaterinburg is home to the famous "QWERTY Keyboard Monument"—a massive stone installation that proves this city loves public art that interacts with the urban landscape! 🎹
