Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our artist-led networking events are designed for everyone, from CEOs who haven't picked up a brush since primary school to creative directors. We start with the basics of can control and safety. By the time you start on your collaborative mural, you'll feel like a pro. The focus is on the shared experience and relaxed conversation, not on creating a museum masterpiece.

Can you host the networking event at our specific office or venue?

While we usually host these events at vibrant outdoor locations or urban studios in Santa Cruz, we are fully mobile. If your venue has a suitable outdoor area or a very well-ventilated indoor space with high ceilings, we can bring the party to you. We provide all necessary floor and wall protection to ensure the only thing getting 'bombed' is the canvas or designated wall area!

Is the spray paint safe for everyone to use?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective ponchos to all participants. Our paint is professional-grade but used in a controlled environment under the supervision of expert graffiti artists. We also ensure the workspace is well-ventilated. It’s a clean and safe way to get 'dirty' with your professional peers!

How long does a typical creative networking session last?

Our networking workshops typically last between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for an initial icebreaker, learning the techniques, and the main collaborative painting session. This timeframe is perfect for keeping the energy high without it feeling like a marathon, leaving plenty of room for business chats and refreshments alongside the creativity.

What is the minimum or maximum group size for an event?

For networking events, we usually recommend a minimum of 10 people to get the collaborative vibe going, but we can accommodate very large groups of 100+ by bringing in extra artists and setting up multiple 'graffiti stations'. Whether you are a small startup team or a large industry association, we scale the experience to ensure everyone gets hands-on time.

What materials are included in the event package?

We provide everything! This includes a vast array of spray paint colours, caps (nozzles), protective gear, canvases or temporary walls, and professional instruction. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We even handle the cleanup, so you can head straight to dinner afterwards.

Can we incorporate a specific theme or our company branding?

Definitely. One of the best ways to network is to work towards a common goal. We can design the event so that different groups work on segments of a large mural that represents your industry's future or a specific event theme. It’s a brilliant way to break the ice and give people a tangible reason to talk to one another.

Custom design: Our artists will create a concept or 'sketch' that reflects your industry or event theme to guide the session.
Safety first: On the day, we kit everyone out in protective gear—ponchos, gloves, and masks—to keep things tidy.
The technique intro: Our pro graffiti artists give a high-energy demo on how to handle the spray cans and create different effects.
Icebreaker sketches: Start by practicing your 'tag' or basic shapes to get the feel of the pressure and flow.
Collaborative mural: Move to the main event! Work alongside your peers to fill in a large-scale piece of street art.
Networking flow: As the paint dries, swap business cards and chat about the experience over drinks in a relaxed setting.
The reveal: Step back and admire the collective masterpiece you've built with your new connections.
No-fuss finish: We handle the entire cleanup, while you take home photos and perhaps even your individual canvases.

Local culture

Santa Cruz is the tropical powerhouse of Bolivia, known for its laid-back 'Camba' spirit and a rapidly evolving urban landscape. The city’s street art scene is exploding, with murals popping up from the bustling Equipetrol district to the artistic pockets of the Casco Viejo. Unlike the high-altitude vibes of La Paz, Santa Cruz offers a warm, expansive atmosphere perfect for outdoor creative sessions. 🌴

Fun Fact: Santa Cruz is home to some of the most impressive large-scale murals in the country, often celebrating the region's incredible biodiversity and its role as Bolivia's economic engine. It's the perfect backdrop for a forward-thinking networking event.

By bringing your network together here, you're tapping into the city's unique blend of tradition and modernity, creating a shared memory that far outlasts a LinkedIn request.
