Is the graffiti workshop safe for individuals with special needs?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls. Our spray paints are low-odour where possible, and we always work in well-ventilated areas. Our professional artists are trained to supervise participants closely, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the creative process in a secure and supportive environment while they make their mark on Kecskemét.

Can the workshop be adapted for people with physical disabilities?

Yes! We believe art should be accessible to everyone. We can adapt the workshop for various physical needs, including providing seated spray-painting options or using tools that are easier to grip. When booking your session in Kecskemét, just let us know about any specific requirements, and we will tailor the setup to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and joyfully.

How long does the workshop last?

Our workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. For our special needs programs, we often recommend a 2-hour session. This allows enough time for a relaxed introduction, a demonstration, and plenty of hands-on painting time without it becoming overwhelming. We move at the pace of the group to ensure the experience remains fun and stress-free for all participants.

Do we need to come to a specific studio in Kecskemét?

We are very flexible! We can host the workshop at a pre-approved outdoor location in Kecskemét, or we can come to your facility if you have a suitable outdoor space or a very well-ventilated indoor area. We bring all the necessary protective floor coverings and materials, so we can transform almost any space into a vibrant street art studio for the day.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our friendly professional artists will guide the group through every step, from holding the can to creating cool effects. We focus on the process and the fun of self-expression rather than technical perfection. Everyone will leave feeling like a true street artist, regardless of their previous experience with art.

What should participants wear to the workshop?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little bit of paint on. While we provide full-body protective overalls, gloves, and masks, graffiti can occasionally be a bit messy! It’s all part of the fun. We’ll take care of the rest, providing all the spray cans, caps, and canvases needed for your creative session.

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us to discuss the specific needs and interests of your group so we can tailor the experience perfectly.
Design brainstorming: We start the session by looking at cool street art examples and sketching out some simple, fun ideas on paper.
Safety briefing: Our artists explain how to use the spray cans safely and help everyone get into their protective gear.
Practising the basics: Participants get to spray their first lines and dots on a practice surface to get a feel for the pressure and flow.
Colour selection: Everyone chooses their favourite vibrant colours from our huge range of professional spray cans.
Creation phase: Under the guidance of our pros, the group starts fills in their designs, layering colours to create something amazing.
Adding details: We help participants add those final 'pops'—outlines or highlights that make the artwork really stand out.
Group photo: We celebrate the achievement with a group photo in front of the finished masterpiece!

Local culture

Kecskemét is world-renowned for its stunning Art Nouveau architecture and its "Cifra Palota" (Fancy Palace), but we're bringing a modern, urban twist to this classic Hungarian beauty. Our workshops take inspiration from the city's famous colourful ceramics and folk motifs, blending traditional Hungarian soul with contemporary street art flair. We love working in the Bács-Kiskun region because the community spirit is so strong! ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know Kecskemét is the birthplace of the world-famous Kodály Method of music education? Just like music, we believe graffiti is a rhythmic, sensory experience that helps everyone find their own unique voice!
