Do our employees need any artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely! No prior artistic skills are needed for our Cologne company events. Our professional artists are expert coaches who break down the process into simple, manageable steps. We focus on the 'fun' in functional team building, ensuring everyone from the accounting department to the sales team feel confident using a spray can. Most participants have never touched street art before, and they are always amazed at what they can create by the end of the session!

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need for a successful workshop in Cologne. This includes high-quality spray paint in a massive range of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and masks to keep everyone clean and safe. We also provide the canvases or temporary walls for your masterpieces. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dusty while you unleash your inner Banksy!

Is the spray paint safe and what protective gear is provided?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks to protect against fumes, along with gloves and protective suits. Our workshops are ideally held in well-ventilated outdoor locations or large industrial halls. Our professional artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for your entire team throughout the event.

How does the payment process work for corporate bookings?

We believe in the quality of our Cologne workshops, so we don't require upfront payments. You can book your event with confidence, and we will handle the billing after the workshop has been completed. This ensures that you are 100% satisfied with the experience before the final transaction. It’s part of our commitment to making the planning process as stress-free as possible for your company.

What happens if it rains on the day of our Cologne event?

Cologne weather can be unpredictable, but we always have a plan! We typically look for locations with cover or indoor options like industrial warehouses that maintain that authentic street art vibe. If the weather looks truly terrible, we can often reschedule or move to a pre-arranged indoor backup venue. We also have a pool of backup artists available to ensure your event goes ahead even if there are unforeseen staff changes.

How long does a typical team-building workshop last?

Our standard graffiti workshops for company outings usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe is perfect for a high-energy team-building activity that fits into a larger corporate itinerary. However, we are flexible! If you want a deeper dive into street art techniques or a shorter 'energiser' session during a conference, we can customise the duration to meet your specific needs and goals.

What is the maximum group size for a Cologne workshop?

We can accommodate almost any group size! For small teams of 10 to large corporate departments of over 100, we scale our resources accordingly. For very large groups, we bring in additional professional artists and set up multiple 'creativity stations' to ensure every single person gets hands-on time and personal guidance. Whether you are a small start-up or a major Cologne-based corporation, we have the capacity to handle your event.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Cologne is a city that wears its heart on its sleeves—and its art on its walls. From the world-famous murals in Ehrenfeld to the hidden 'halls of fame' along the Rhine, street art is woven into the city's DNA. This makes it the perfect backdrop for a graffiti workshop company event. We tap into this local energy, often hosting sessions in spaces that reflect Cologne's gritty, creative spirit. Whether we are inspired by the iconic skyline or the local 'Veedel' culture, your team will feel like part of the city's living history. 🎉

Fun Fact: Cologne is home to the 'CityLeaks' festival, one of the most prominent urban art festivals in Germany, which has turned entire neighbourhoods into open-air galleries!
