Is the spray paint safe for children to use?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits for every child. We also use low-odor, professional-grade spray paint that is easier on the lungs than traditional hardware store brands. Our artists are experienced in managing groups of children and ensure that everyone follows the safety rules while having the time of their lives making art.

What should the kids wear to the party?

We recommend that kids wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little messy—just in case! While we provide full-body protective suits and gloves, sometimes a little 'creative splash' finds its way onto shoes or sleeves. Think of it like a fun day at camp; old sneakers and jeans are the best choice for a Winnipeg graffiti adventure.

How long does a typical birthday workshop last?

Our kids' workshop parties typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours. This is the 'sweet spot' for keeping energy high and attention spans engaged. We start with a brief history and technique demo, move into practice sessions, and finish with the kids creating their final masterpiece. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy experience that never has a dull moment!

Do we come to you, or do you have a studio in Winnipeg?

We are very flexible! We can host the party at one of our partnered creative spaces in Winnipeg, or we can come to your backyard or a local park (with permission). If you have a garage or a driveway, that works perfectly too! We just need a bit of outdoor space or a very well-ventilated indoor area to make the magic happen.

What is the best age for a graffiti party?

Our workshops are ideal for children aged 6 and up. For the younger crew (6-8), we focus more on fun shapes and big colors. For older kids and teens, we dive into more complex techniques like 3D shading and 'wildstyle' lettering. We adjust our teaching style to match the age and skill level of your group perfectly.

Do the kids get to keep what they make?

One of the best parts of a Graffitifun party is that every child gets to take home their own custom-painted canvas! It serves as the ultimate party favor—a unique piece of street art they created themselves. They'll be so proud to hang it on their bedroom wall as a memory of the best birthday party ever.

Does my child need to be good at drawing?

Not at all! Our professional artists guide the kids through every single step. We start with the basics of how to hold the can and control the spray. Even children who don't think they are 'artistic' end up making something incredible. We focus on 'controlled chaos' and creative expression, so there is no right or wrong way to do it!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Winnipeg has a massive respect for street art, from the iconic murals in the Exchange District to the West End’s colorful alleyways. We channel that local "Manitoba spirit" into every party, teaching kids that art isn't just for museums—it’s for the community! 🏙️

Fun Fact: Did you know Winnipeg is home to one of the largest outdoor mural collections in North America? We’re proud to help the next generation of "Winnie" artists add to that creative legacy!

Pricing

Our graffiti parties are as unique as the art the kids create! Pricing typically ranges from C$40 to C$90 per person, depending on the number of participants, the location in Winnipeg, and the specific materials requested.
