Rome’s weather is usually glorious, but we always have a plan B! We work with several indoor creative spaces and covered outdoor areas across the city. If the 'Eternal' sunshine takes a break, we can move the workshop to a sheltered location so your event goes ahead rain or shine. We also have backup artists on standby to ensure your booking is 100% guaranteed.

How long does a typical workshop last?

Our standard university workshops typically last between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. This gives everyone enough time to learn the basics, sketch out ideas, and complete a final masterpiece. If you're looking for something more intensive for an arts-focused society or a shorter 'ice-breaker' session for a large student induction, we can definitely tailor the timing to fit your specific schedule.

Can you accommodate large student groups?

We are very flexible! We can host small groups of 10 students or huge sessions for 100+ participants. For very large university groups, we rotate students through different 'zones' or work on massive collaborative mural projects. Give us a shout with your estimated numbers, and we’ll recommend the best setup to ensure everyone gets plenty of 'can-time' and personal guidance.

Can we paint on real walls or canvases?

We offer both options! We have several incredible 'Hall of Fame' spots around Rome where you can paint on real urban walls. Alternatively, we can set up mobile cellophane walls or large canvases at your university campus or a private venue. Most student groups love the canvas option because they can take their artwork back to the Student Union or hang it in their common rooms!
