Do the participants need any prior art skills?

Absolutely! No prior artistic experience is needed to join our youth projects in Curitiba. Our professional artists are pros at breaking down complex techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps. We focus on building confidence and self-expression, so whether a participant is a budding Picasso or has never held a spray can before, they will leave with a piece of art they are truly proud of.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for young people?

We take safety very seriously. All participants are provided with high-quality FFP3 face masks, protective gloves, and overall suits to keep their clothes clean. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas, and our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We use professional-grade materials that are safe when used under the guidance of our expert graffiti mentors.

How long does a typical youth project session last?

A standard youth project workshop in Curitiba typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a solid introduction, some practice runs on plastic film or practice walls, and the creation of a final masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule or a full-day youth event planned, we can easily adapt the timing to fit your requirements.

What is the maximum group size for a youth project?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you have a small group of 10 or a large community event with over 100 participants, we can accommodate you. For larger groups, we simply bring in more of our professional backup artists to ensure everyone gets enough 1-on-1 guidance and hands-on time with the spray cans. No one gets left behind in the creative process!

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything needed for a successful workshop. This includes a wide variety of professional spray paint colours, caps, protective gear (masks, gloves, suits), and the surfaces to paint on (like large canvases or temporary walls). You just need to provide the location and the enthusiastic participants. We even handle the setup and the cleanup, making it a stress-free experience for organisers.

What kind of venue do we need in Curitiba?

We usually require a flat, well-ventilated outdoor space or a very large, open indoor area with high ceilings and great airflow. If you don't have a venue in Curitiba, let us know! We can often suggest local spots or help find a suitable location that meets safety requirements. We can also set up mobile 'cellophane walls' between pillars if no physical wall is available.

How does the payment process work?

One of our biggest perks is our 'no cure, no pay' vibe. You don't need to pay anything upfront to secure your date. Payment is only handled after the workshop is finished and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This keeps things simple and risk-free for youth organisations and community leaders who may be working with specific budget cycles.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next youth initiative in Curitiba? It’s more than just painting on walls; it’s about transformation. Here’s why we’re the top choice for youth engagement:

Total Inclusivity: Art is a universal language. No matter the background or ability, every kid can pick up a can and contribute ✨.
Safety First, Always: We provide professional FFP3 masks and gear, ensuring a safe environment for everyone to explore their creativity.
Expert Mentorship: Our artists aren't just talented; they're great teachers who know how to connect with and inspire young people.
Positive Outlet: We redirect urban energy into constructive, beautiful murals that the whole community can enjoy 🏆.
Zero Risk Booking: With our backup artist guarantee and no-deposit policy, your event is in safe hands, no matter what.
Team Spirit: Nothing builds a bond like working together on a massive, colourful piece of art!

Step by step

Introduction & Demo: We kick things off with a high-energy intro, showing off some professional techniques and explaining the 'rules of the road' for street art.
Safety Briefing: Everyone gets fitted with their masks, gloves, and protective suits. We explain how to use the cans safely and responsibly.
The Art of the Tag: We start with the basics! Participants learn how to handle the can, control pressure, and create their first 'tag' or signature.
Sketching the Concept: Using our Tag Creator tool or paper, the group brainstorms a theme or a giant mural concept that represents their community.
First Strokes: Time to hit the wall! Guided by our artists, youth participants start filling in the large shapes and outlines of the collective artwork.
Advanced Techniques: We teach tricks like fading, shadows, and highlights to give the piece that professional 'pop' and 3D effect.
The Final Outline: Everyone works together to add the sharp final outlines and little details that tie the whole mural together.
Group Photos: We celebrate the achievement with a professional photo session in front of the finished masterpiece.
Tidying Up: Our team handles all the cleanup, leaving the site as clean as we found it (except for the beautiful new art, of course!).

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Curitiba is a city that breathes innovation, from its world-famous urban planning to its hidden street art gems. While many visitors flock to the Wire Opera House, the real soul of the city can be found in the vibrant murals tucked away in the Setor Histórico or along the bustling streets like Rua XV de Novembro. Our Curitiba workshops tap into this local spirit of creativity and sustainability.

Fun Fact: Did you know Curitiba is often called Brazil's 'Green Capital'? We channel that eco-conscious energy into our projects, encouraging youth to think about how art can improve their local environment and community spaces!

We've worked across neighborhoods from Batel to Santa Felicidade, bringing the colourful world of graffiti to young people from all walks of life. Whether we are inspired by the city's botanical gardens or its urban grit, every project is uniquely Curitibano.
