Do the participants need any previous art experience?

Absolutely! Our workshops in Oran are designed for everyone, from total beginners to budding artists. Our professional instructors start with the basics—handling a spray can, safety, and simple lines—before moving on to more complex techniques. We provide a supportive environment where your youth group can experiment, make mistakes, and ultimately create something they are truly proud of. No pre-existing talent is required, just an open mind!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for teenagers and young adults?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls, to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. Our instructors are experienced professionals who give a comprehensive safety briefing before any paint is sprayed. We also use premium paints that are designed for ease of use. In the sunny Oran climate, we also ensure participants take regular breaks and stay hydrated.

What should the youth group wear and bring?

We recommend wearing old clothes and comfortable trainers that you don't mind getting a bit of paint on. While we provide protective overalls and gloves, graffiti can sometimes be a messy business! Since Oran can get quite warm, breathable clothing is a good idea. We provide everything else, including high-quality professional spray cans, caps, masks, and the surface for painting.

How long does a typical youth graffiti session last?

Our standard youth project workshops in Oran typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a large-scale mural or individual canvases. If you have a specific schedule to stick to for your youth programme or school trip, let us know—we are flexible and can adapt the duration to fit your needs perfectly.

Where do the workshops take place in Oran?

We are very flexible! We can host workshops at various outdoor locations across Oran, or we can bring the entire mobile studio to your youth centre, school, or community space. As long as there is adequate ventilation and permission to paint (or space for our mobile cellophane walls), we can make it happen. We love bringing art directly into the heart of Oran’s neighbourhoods!

How does the 'pay afterwards' policy work?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'no-stress' booking policy. You don't need to pay anything upfront to secure your date in Oran. We believe in our service so much that you only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied. This makes it much easier for youth organisations and NGOs to manage their budgets and approvals without financial risk.

Can we choose a specific theme for our youth graffiti project?

Definitely! Whether your youth group is focusing on environmental awareness, local Oran history, or team building, we can tailor the workshop themes and designs to match. Our artists can help the group brainstorm ideas that reflect their identity or a message they want to share with the city. It’s a fantastic way to make the creative process even more meaningful for the participants.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next youth initiative in Oran? It’s more than just a painting lesson—it’s an experience that resonates with young people on their own terms. Here’s why it works:

Instant Engagement: Graffiti is naturally 'cool' and attracts even the hardest-to-reach young people. 🎤
Boosts Confidence: Seeing a large-scale artwork come to life gives participants a massive sense of achievement. 💪
Teamwork in Action: Creating a mural requires collaboration, communication, and shared vision.
Safe Expression: We provide a legal outlet for creativity, teaching the difference between art and vandalism. ✌️
Skill Development: Participants learn colour theory, planning, and fine motor skills with a spray can.
No Financial Risk: With our 'pay afterwards' policy, your Oran youth budget is always safe. 🎉

Step by step

Intro & safety: We kick things off with a high-energy intro and a vital safety briefing to keep everyone protected.
Design brainstorming: The group works with our pro artists to sketch out ideas that represent their Oran youth collective.
Can control basics: Learn the 'anatomy' of a spray can, from different nozzles (caps) to distance and pressure.
Practice run: Everyone gets a chance to spray their first lines and shapes on a practice surface to build confidence.
The big outline: Our artists help the group scale up their design onto the main wall or canvases.
Filling & fading: This is where the magic happens! Participants learn how to blend colours and create those classic graffiti gradients.
Outlining & highlights: Add 'power lines' and highlights to make the artwork pop off the surface.
The big reveal: Step back and admire the finished masterpiece—a perfect backdrop for a group photo!
Cleanup & debrief: We pack up the gear and chat about the skills learned during the session.
