Do the kids need any prior art experience?

Absolutely! Most of our participants in Szczecin have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists are mentors who specialise in teaching beginners. We start with the basics of nozzle control and safety before moving on to creative techniques. By the end of the session, even the most hesitant artist will have created something they can be proud of. It’s all about building confidence!

How do you ensure the safety of the participants?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and professional-grade masks to ensure no one inhales fumes or gets paint on their clothes. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or specially approved indoor areas. Additionally, our artists are experienced in managing youth groups and ensure that all equipment is handled responsibly throughout the entire project.

How long does a typical youth graffiti session last?

The workshop duration is flexible to meet your needs, but most youth projects in Szczecin last between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a solid introduction, sketching, practice runs, and the final production of a large-scale mural or individual canvases. If you have a specific schedule or a full-day youth event, let us know and we can adjust accordingly.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything! This includes premium spray paint in a huge variety of colours, various caps (nozzles) for different effects, protective gear, and the 'canvas'—whether that’s a temporary wall, large wooden panels, or individual canvases for the participants to take home. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and bring plenty of creative energy to the site!

Can you host the workshop at our specific youth centre?

We are very flexible with locations! We can host the event at your youth centre, school grounds, or a public space in Szczecin (with the necessary permits, which we can help arrange). If you don't have a venue, we can suggest several cool, legal street art spots around the city that provide the perfect 'gritty' atmosphere for an authentic graffiti experience.

Is it possible to create a joint mural as a team?

Definitely. Graffiti is often a team sport! We can design the project so that the group works together on one massive, cohesive mural that represents their collective identity or a specific theme. This is a fantastic way to build communication skills and teamwork. Alternatively, if they prefer individual expression, everyone can create their own masterpiece to take home at the end.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your youth group in the "Paris of the North"? It’s more than just painting on walls; it’s a powerful tool for engagement and growth. Here is why our sessions are a hit:

Boosts confidence: Seeing a massive piece of art come to life from their own hands gives kids an incredible sense of achievement. 💪
Team building: Working on a shared mural teaches communication and cooperation in a way a classroom never can. 🤝
Legal & safe: We teach the difference between vandalism and street art, focusing on respect for the city and the craft.
Expert guidance: No "boring teachers" here—our artists are active in the scene and speak the language of the youth. 🎤
Stress relief: The physical act of spraying and the focus required is a brilliant way for teens to de-stress and express themselves.
Zero risk: With our "pay after the workshop" policy and backup artist guarantee, your event is in safe hands. 🏆

Step by step

Intro and safety briefing: We kick things off with a warm welcome and a quick rundown on how to use the equipment safely and responsibly.
The art of the tag: Participants learn the history of street art and the importance of developing their own unique signature or 'tag'.
Nozzle mastery: We practice basic lines, dots, and fades on practice boards to get a feel for the pressure and distance of the spray can.
Sketching the vision: Using markers and paper, the youth group hones their design, choosing colours and letter styles that pop.
Outline and fill: Time to hit the wall! We start with the light outlines and then move into the 'fill-in'—adding those vibrant blocks of colour.
The 'Power-Line': We teach the trick of adding a bold outline and 3D effects to make the graffiti jump off the surface.
Adding details: This is where the magic happens—highlights, shines, and 'drips' are added to give the piece a professional finish.
Group photoshoot: We celebrate the hard work with a professional-style photoshoot of the creators and their brand-new masterpiece.
Clean up: We wrap up by ensuring the area is tidy, leaving nothing behind but incredible art and great memories.

Good to know
