Professional reliability: With years of experience and a "fun guaranteed" mindset, we handle the logistics so you can host. 💪
The ultimate souvenir: You’re left with a stunning piece of original art to display in your home or office after the party ends. ✨

Frequently asked questions

How long does a live painting session usually last?

A live painting performance in Lae typically lasts between 2 and 5 hours, depending on the scale of the artwork and your event's schedule. We can also arrange multi-day murals for longer conferences or festivals. Our artists work efficiently to ensure the piece is completed while your guests are still there to witness the final reveal. We'll chat about the perfect timing during your initial consultation.

Is the paint safe for indoor events and guests?

Safety is our priority! We use high-quality spray paints and acrylics, and we can provide low-odour or water-based options if your event is being held indoors. We also set up protective flooring and partitions to ensure no overspray drifts onto your venue's walls or guests' outfits. Our artists are trained professionals who maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout the entire creative process.

Can we choose the theme or design for the live painting?

Absolutely! We love it when the artwork reflects your specific message or brand identity. Before the event, we’ll discuss your vision, colour preferences, and any specific logos or themes you want included. Our Lae-based artists will then create a custom sketch for your approval. This ensures the final masterpiece aligns perfectly with the vibe of your gathering and leaves a lasting impression.

Do guests get to participate in the painting?

While the artist takes the lead to ensure a professional result, we can definitely incorporate interactive elements! We often allow guests to add small 'tags' or splashes of colour under the artist's guidance. If you want a more hands-on experience for everyone, we recommend checking out our workshop pages. For live painting, the focus is usually on the thrill of watching a professional create.

Do we need to provide any materials for the artist?

Not at all. We come fully prepared with everything needed to create a stunning piece of art. This includes the canvas or temporary wall, professional-grade spray cans, acrylics, brushes, drop cloths, and safety gear. All we need from you is a designated space to work and, ideally, a bit of lighting so your guests can see the magic happen as the sun goes down!

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

The finished masterpiece is yours to keep! It’s a fantastic way to memorialise your event or add some local Lae flair to your office or community space. Most of our live paintings are done on high-quality canvas or mobile wooden panels, making them easy to transport and hang after the paint has dried. It’s the ultimate event souvenir that keeps on giving.

How much does a live painting performance cost in Lae?

Getting a price estimate is super easy! Since every event in Lae is unique, we factor in the duration, the size of the artwork, and any specific material requirements. You can use our online Cost Calculator for a quick idea, or simply send us an enquiry. We don't require upfront payments, and we'll provide a transparent quote tailored to your specific event needs.
