How it works

Initial consultation: We chat about your group’s specific needs, mobility requirements, and sensory preferences to tailor the perfect Constantine street art experience.
Site selection: We choose an accessible location in Constantine, whether it’s your facility or one of our vibrant outdoor spots.
Safety briefing & gear up: Our artists hand out colourful ponchos, gloves, and masks while explaining how to use the equipment safely and comfortably.
Introduction to the cans: We start with 'air painting' to get a feel for the movement before moving on to actual spray techniques on practice boards.
Creative brainstorming: The group decides on a theme or some cool shapes. We encourage big, bold ideas that reflect the spirit of the participants.
The main event: Under the gentle guidance of our pros, participants start filling the canvas with vibrant colours and unique patterns.
Adding the details: We help refine the artwork, adding outlines or highlights to make the colours really pop.
The big reveal: We take a group photo with the finished masterpiece—a proud moment for every new artist!

Frequently asked questions

Is the graffiti workshop safe for participants with special needs?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We use low-odour, water-based spray paints for our indoor sessions and provide high-quality protective gear, including masks and gloves. Our instructors in Constantine are trained to supervise participants with various needs, ensuring everyone stays safe while having a blast. We always tailor the pace to the group's comfort level.

Can you accommodate different types of disabilities?

Yes! We pride ourselves on being fully inclusive. Whether a participant has physical disabilities, sensory processing sensitivities, or intellectual disabilities, we adapt our teaching style. We can set up canvases at wheelchair-accessible heights and provide specialized nozzles that are easier to press for those with limited hand strength. Everyone gets to be an artist here.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard special needs workshop in Constantine usually lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours. We find this is the 'sweet spot' for maintaining engagement without causing fatigue. However, we are totally flexible! If your group needs more frequent breaks or a shorter, high-energy session, just let us know and we will adjust the schedule.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! This workshop is designed for absolute beginners. Our professional street artists guide the group through every step, from holding the can to creating simple shapes. We focus on the joy of creation and expression rather than technical perfection. You will be amazed at what the group can achieve with just a little bit of guidance.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need to create a masterpiece. This includes a wide range of colourful spray paints, caps/nozzles, protective clothing (ponchos and gloves), and the canvases or boards we will be painting on. For special needs groups, we also bring extra-gentle cleaning wipes and can provide sensory-friendly options if requested in advance.

Where in Constantine do the workshops take place?

We can come to you! While we have partner locations, we often host these workshops at community centres, schools, or private gardens in Constantine. As long as there is a well-ventilated space (outdoor is usually best) and permission to paint there, we can set up our mobile street art studio almost anywhere.

Do I need to pay in advance to book?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'No Stress' booking policy. You don't have to pay anything upfront! We believe in the quality of our workshops so much that you only pay after the event has taken place. This keeps things simple and risk-free for your organisation or family.
