How it works

  1. Initial consultation: Reach out to us to share the specific needs and interests of your group so we can tailor the experience.
  2. Choosing the spot: We select a comfortable, accessible location in Liberec that suits your group's mobility and sensory requirements.
  3. Safety briefing: We start with a friendly introduction to the gear, ensuring everyone feels safe and comfortable in their masks and overalls.
  4. Colour selection: Participants get to pick their favourite shades from our massive range of professional spray cans.
  5. Basic techniques: Our artists demonstrate simple spray movements, focusing on the tactile feel and the visual flow of the paint.
  6. Creative freedom: It’s time to paint! Students work on their individual pieces or a large collective mural with 1-on-1 support.
  7. Adding detail: We use stencils or paint markers to add those final 'pops' of character to the artwork.
  8. The big reveal: We take a moment to celebrate everyone's hard work and snap some photos of the incredible results.
  9. Takeaway: Participants get to keep their artwork (if painted on canvas) as a proud souvenir of their day in Liberec!

Frequently asked questions

Is the graffiti workshop in Liberec accessible for wheelchair users?

Absolutely! We use special low-pressure cans that are easier to control, and we can provide adaptive nozzles for those with limited hand strength. Our Liberec street art instructors are specifically trained to provide extra support, ensuring every participant can express themselves. We also choose workshop locations in Liberec that are fully wheelchair accessible and have plenty of space to move around comfortably without any barriers.

What safety measures do you take for special needs groups?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls. For participants with sensory sensitivities, we can adjust the environment, such as choosing a quieter outdoor location or providing ear defenders. Our sprays are lead-free and we always work in well-ventilated spaces. We also have backup artists available in Liberec to ensure the session runs smoothly and safely regardless of any unexpected changes.

Do participants need prior artistic experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels. We start with the absolute basics, from how to hold a spray can to simple lines and shapes. We use 'fill-in' techniques and stencils to help everyone achieve a professional-looking result they can be proud of. It’s all about the joy of creation and the sensory experience of the paint, rather than technical perfection.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard special needs session in Liberec usually lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours. This timeframe is perfect for maintaining engagement without causing fatigue. However, we are completely flexible! If your group needs a shorter burst of energy or a more relaxed, extended pace with frequent breaks, we can tailor the schedule to fit your specific requirements. Just let us know your preferences when booking.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything! This includes premium spray paint in a rainbow of colours, protective clothing, masks, gloves, and the painting surfaces (like large canvases or boards). We also bring design inspirations and stencils. You just need to show up in clothes that you don't mind getting a little paint on, as graffiti can be messy fun! We take care of all the setup and the cleanup afterwards.

Who are the instructors leading the workshops?

Our team consists of professional graffiti artists who have extensive experience working with diverse groups. They aren't just talented artists; they are patient, encouraging mentors who understand how to adapt their teaching style. We focus on positive reinforcement and creating a supportive atmosphere where every individual feels seen and successful. Our artists love sharing their passion for street art with the Liberec community!

What is your booking and payment policy?

We understand that plans can change, especially with special needs groups. One of the unique benefits of booking with Graffitifun is our 'no upfront payment' policy. You can book your date and pay after the workshop is completed. We also have a network of backup artists in the region to ensure that your event goes ahead even if an instructor falls ill. Your peace of mind is important to us.
