How it works

Warm welcome: We meet your group at the chosen Naples location and introduce our friendly professional artists. 🎨
Safety first: Everyone gets fitted with protective gear, including overalls and masks, while we explain how to use the cans safely.
Design brainstorming: We chat about ideas, colours, and shapes to get those creative sparks flying before we touch the wall. ✨
Practice session: Participants learn basic spray techniques on a practice surface to get used to the feel of the pressure and flow.
Outline & Fill: Under expert guidance, the group starts bringing their main masterpiece to life, layer by colourful layer.
Adding detail: We help participants add those 'wow' factors like highlights, shadows, or cool 3D effects. 🖌️
The big reveal: We take a step back to admire the collective work of art and snap some photos for the memories.
Clean up: We handle all the messy bits, leaving you only with the art and great vibes. 🧹
Feedback: We have a quick chat about what everyone enjoyed most before saying our goodbyes!

Frequently asked questions

Is the workshop environment safe for people with sensory sensitivities?

Absolutely! We take safety and comfort very seriously. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialised masks. If a participant has sensory sensitivities to smells or touch, we can adapt the session by using water-based paint markers or working in highly ventilated outdoor spaces. Our artists are trained to move at a pace that keeps everyone feeling secure and happy throughout the entire creative process.

Can you host the workshop at our own facility in Naples?

We are fully mobile! While we have preferred spots around Naples, we often bring the workshop to your specific location, such as a community centre, school, or care facility. This ensures participants are in a familiar, comfortable environment. We just need a well-ventilated area or an outdoor space. If you don't have a venue, we can arrange a beautiful, accessible spot in the city for your group.

How do you accommodate participants with physical disabilities?

Graffiti is a physical activity, but it’s easily adaptable. We can set up canvases at various heights for wheelchair users or those who prefer to sit. For those with limited fine motor skills, we use various techniques like stencils or larger 'fat cap' nozzles that require less pressure to spray. Our goal is to ensure every participant feels the pride of Creating something beautiful, regardless of their physical mobility.

How long does a typical special needs workshop last?

Our standard workshops for special needs groups usually last between 1.5 to 2 hours. We find this is the 'sweet spot' for maintaining engagement without causing fatigue. However, we are completely flexible! If your group would benefit from a shorter 1-hour 'taster' or a longer, more relaxed session with more breaks, just let us know and we will tailor the schedule to suit your specific needs.

Is there an age limit for participants?

Generally, we recommend a minimum age of 6, but there is no upper limit! Graffiti is a fantastic multi-generational activity. For our special needs programmes, we focus more on the individual's ability to hold a spray can (with help if needed) rather than their age. We’ve worked with children, teenagers, and adults, adjusting our coaching style to be age-appropriate and engaging for everyone involved.

Do participants need to have any previous art experience?

No prior artistic experience is necessary at all! In fact, many of our participants have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists are expert coaches who break down the process into simple, easy-to-follow steps. We focus on the joy of expression and the tactile experience of the paint rather than 'perfect' technique. Everyone will leave feeling like a true street artist!

What are the payment terms for the workshop?

At Graffitifun, we believe in 'fun first.' This means no upfront payment is required to secure your booking. You only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed and you’re 100% satisfied with the experience. We accept bank transfers or can provide an invoice for organisations. We want the booking process to be as stress-free as the workshop itself, so you can focus on the fun!
