Frequently asked questions

Is graffiti painting safe for school students?

Absolutely! Each school workshop begins with a comprehensive safety briefing. We provide high quality gloves and FFP3 masks to ensure everyone breathes clean air. Our water based spray paints are also much lower in fumes than traditional cans. Our experienced artists supervises the students constantly to ensure a safe, organized, and professional environment for everyone involved.

Where do the school workshops take place?

We are very flexible! We can host the workshop directly at your school in Queretaro, perhaps on a playground or against a legal wall. Alternatively, we can arrange for the students to visit a professional street art location in the city. If your school lacks space, we can even set up temporary plastic walls or large canvases to protect your property.

Do we need to provide any materials?

Everything is included in the package. Graffitifun provides all the professional spray paint cans, nozzles, protective overalls, gloves, and masks. We also bring the canvases or materials that the students will be painting on. Your school just needs to provide the space and the students: we take care of the entire artistic setup from start to finish.

What is the ideal age for a graffiti workshop?

While we recommend a minimum age of about 8 or 9 years old for handling spray cans effectively, we can adapt our sessions for younger primary school children using markers and stencils. For secondary schools and universities, we ramp up the technical difficulty. We always tailor the complexity of the lesson to the specific age group of your students.

How many students can participate in one session?

There is no strict limit! We have experience managing small classes of 15 students as well as large school year groups of 100 or more. For very large groups, we rotate the students through different stations or provide multiple professional artists to ensure every student gets plenty of one on one guidance and hands on painting time.

What happens if we need to cancel or change the date?

We understand that school schedules change. Unlike many other providers, Graffitifun does not require an upfront payment. You only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100 percent satisfied. We also have backup artists ready to step in, so you never have to worry about a last minute cancellation ruining your planned school activity.
