Is the spray paint safe for participants with sensitivities?

Safety is our number one priority. We use low odour, non toxic spray paints specially designed for ease of use. Our professional artists are highly trained in managing groups with diverse needs and provide constant supervision. We also provide full protective gear, including gloves and masks, to ensure everyone feels secure and comfortable while they explore their artistic side in Queretaro.

Are the workshop locations wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Our street art workshops in Queretaro are designed to be fully wheelchair accessible, and we choose locations that offer flat ground and easy entry. We also adjust the height of our canvases or surfaces to ensure that every participant, regardless of mobility level, can reach and paint comfortably.

How do you support participants with neurodivergent needs?

We understand that every individual is different. Our instructors are patient and experienced in working with various neurodivergent profiles, including autism and ADHD. We keep instructions simple, provide visual demonstrations, and allow participants to work at their own pace. If someone needs a break or a quieter space, we accommodate those needs to ensure the experience remains fun and stress free for everyone involved.

How long does a typical graffiti session last?

Our standard special needs workshops usually last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. We find this is the sweet spot for maintaining engagement without causing fatigue. However, we are completely flexible. If you feel your group would benefit from a shorter, high energy session or a longer, more relaxed pace, just let us know and we will tailor the timing to suit you.

Do you provide catering or snacks during the workshop?

While we do not provide food as a standard part of the workshop package, we are more than happy to coordinate with you. Many groups choose to bring their own snacks or drinks to enjoy during breaks. We can also recommend local Queretaro spots nearby if you want to make a full day of it. Just remember to let us know if you need specific table setups!

What should participants wear to the session?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting a little bit of paint on. Even though we provide protective overalls and gloves, graffiti can sometimes be a messy business! Closed toe shoes are also a good idea for safety. In the sunny Queretaro climate, thin and breathable fabrics are usually the best choice for staying cool while you create.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our artist mentors will guide the group through every single step, from holding the can correctly to creating amazing shapes and patterns. It is all about the process of expression and having a great time, so no previous drawing skills or artistic background are required to create something spectacular.

Local culture

Queretaro is a city that bridges the gap between colonial history and cutting edge modern art. While the city is famous for its stunning baroque architecture, its walls are increasingly becoming a canvas for local muralists and street artists. The vibrant arts scene here provides the perfect backdrop for an inclusive workshop. We take inspiration from the local colours and the welcoming spirit of the residents. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Queretaro's historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage site? It is one of the few places where you can see the coexistence of indigenous street layouts alongside Spanish colonial planning, making it a masterpiece of design itself!
