Do we need any previous art experience or skills?

Absolutely no artistic experience is required for our team development workshops in Ceske Budejovice! Our professional artists provide a comprehensive 'Graffiti 101' introduction, teaching you everything from basic can control to advanced shading. We focus on the process of collaboration and creative expression, ensuring everyone from the office 'doodler' to the complete novice feels confident and has a blast while contributing to the team's masterpiece.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my staff?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective overalls, and gloves to all participants. We also use low-pressure spray cans which are much easier to control and produce less overspray. Our instructors are trained to manage group dynamics safely, and we always ensure the workshop area is well-ventilated and secure for your team. You just bring the energy; we bring the safety gear!

How long does a typical team session last?

Our standard team development sessions typically last between 2 and 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, technique practice, the collaborative design phase, and the final 'unveiling' of your mural. We can adjust the timing to fit your corporate schedule—whether you want a quick 90-minute energy boost or a deep-dive half-day creative retreat in the heart of South Bohemia.

Where in Ceske Budejovice does the workshop take place?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the workshop at one of our approved legal graffiti walls in Ceske Budejovice, or we can bring the experience to you. If your office or chosen venue has an outdoor space or a very well-ventilated indoor area, we can set up mobile wooden partitions or large canvases. We handle all the setup and cleanup, making it a hassle-free experience for your organisers.

What happens if an artist is unavailable on our date?

We are the only provider with a deep bench of professional backup artists. This means that even in the unlikely event of an instructor falling ill, we have a network of skilled professionals ready to step in. Your event is safe with us—we have never cancelled a workshop due to staffing issues. We understand how important your team-building day is, and we guarantee it will go ahead.

Is there a deposit required to book?

What makes us unique is our 'pay after' policy. We don't require upfront deposits for our team development bookings. We believe in the quality of our service and want you to be 100% satisfied before the invoice is settled. You can book your date with total confidence, knowing that your budget is protected until we've delivered an amazing creative experience for your team.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team day in Budejovice? Because it breaks down barriers faster than any PowerPoint presentation ever could! Here is why it works:

Zero Hierarchy: In front of a blank wall, the CEO and the intern are equals. It’s all about the collective vision! 🤝
Instant Stress Relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the hiss of a spray can and the flow of vibrant colours.
Boosted Communication: You can't paint a 10-metre mural without talking! Teams must coordinate, plan, and execute together.
Tangible Results: Unlike "soft skills" training, you’ll have a giant piece of art (and photos) to prove what you achieved. 🏆
No-Risk Booking: With our 'Pay After' policy and backup artist guarantee, your event planning is completely stress-free.
Professional Guidance: You aren't just left to it; our expert artists ensure the final result looks spectacular. 🔥

Step by step

The Creative Brief: We start with a high-energy intro where your team learns about the history of street art and the goals for the day.
Safety & Gear Up: Everyone gets fitted with professional overalls, gloves, and masks. Safety first, style second!
Can Control 101: Our artists demonstrate essential techniques—lines, dots, fades, and how to handle the pressure of the spray.
The Practice Round: Your team gets hands-on with the cans, practicing their 'tag' and getting comfortable with the medium on a practice wall.
Collaborative Sketching: Working together, the team brainstorms a design that represents your company values or a specific project theme.
The Big Build: Time to paint! Teams divide tasks—some handle the backgrounds, others the outlines, and some the intricate details.
Final Polishing: Our professional artists help you add those 'pro' touches, like sharp highlights and shadows, to make the mural pop.
The Grand Reveal & Photos: We step back, admire the collective masterpiece, and take high-quality team photos for your office wall.
Cleanup & Debrief: We pack up everything, leaving the site spotless while your team heads off feeling inspired and connected.

Local culture

Ceske Budejovice isn't just about historic squares and world-famous lager; it's a city with a growing pulse of modern creativity. While the Black Tower keeps watch over the traditional side of town, the local street art scene is quietly bubbling in the surrounding districts. Our workshops tap into this South Bohemian spirit, blending the city's industrious heritage with a fresh, urban outlook. We often find inspiration in the confluence of the Vltava and Malše rivers—a perfect metaphor for different team departments coming together to create something powerful. 🌊

Fun Fact: Did you know that Ceske Budejovice has several 'Legal Walls' specifically designated by the city for graffiti? This means your team can experience the authentic street art culture in a totally safe and sanctioned environment! 🏰
