Can you customise the artwork to match our event theme?

Absolutely! Our live painting performances are designed to be a major highlight of your event. If you are hosting a gala at the Museum of South Bohemia or a corporate bash by the Vltava, we can choreograph the artwork's reveal to match your schedule. We love collaborating with organisers to ensure the theme, colours, and final message align perfectly with your brand or celebration goals. It is a bespoke art experience tailored just for you.

Is live painting safe for indoor events in České Budějovice?

Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints and protective floor coverings to ensure the venue remains spotless. If your event is indoors in a space like the Budvar Arena or a local hotel, we can also offer water-based paint markers or airbrushing techniques that produce zero fumes. We always conduct a site check or discuss the ventilation with you beforehand to ensure a comfortable environment for your guests.

How much time do you need for setup and pack-down?

Setup usually takes about 45 to 60 minutes. We arrive early to prep the canvas, lay down protective flooring, and organise our palette of colours. We are completely self-sufficient; all we need from you is a flat space and a bit of lighting so the audience can see the magic happen! Once the event is over, we pack up quickly, leaving nothing behind but the finished masterpiece.

How long does a live painting performance typically last?

We are very flexible! A typical performance lasts between 2 and 4 hours, which is perfect for most corporate receptions or evening parties. However, for larger festivals or multi-day brand activations in South Bohemia, we can arrange for an artist to paint throughout the day. We work at a pace that keeps the crowd engaged, ensuring there is always something new and exciting to see every time a guest walks by.

Do you only use spray paint for the live performances?

Not at all! While many of our artists are masters of the spray can, we also specialise in brushwork, acrylic markers, and digital live painting. Depending on your venue and the 'vibe' of your event, we can choose the medium that fits best. If you want that raw, urban street art feel, we go with cans. If you want something more refined or illustrative, we have the tools to make it happen.

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

Yes, the final artwork is yours to keep! It serves as a fantastic memento of the event for your office, or it can even be auctioned off for charity. We use high-quality canvases or wooden panels that are easy to transport and hang. If the piece is very large, we can discuss modular panels that can be disassembled and moved easily after the paint has dried. It is a lasting investment in your brand's culture.

Local culture

České Budějovice is world-famous for its brewing heritage, but beneath the historical charm of Přemysl Otakar II Square lies a growing appreciation for contemporary urban culture. The city's mix of South Bohemian tradition and modern student energy makes it a fantastic backdrop for live street art. We love bringing the raw energy of graffiti to this "City of Beer," blending the old-world aesthetics with modern, colourful spray art.

Fun Fact: Did you know that while the city is famous for Budweiser Budvar, the local street art scene has been quietly flourishing in designated zones, proving that creativity in Budějovice is just as crisp and refreshing as its famous lager! 🎨🍺
