How long does a typical team development workshop last?

Most workshops in Marijampolė last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This provides enough time for a thorough health and safety briefing, a crash course in spray-painting techniques, and the creation of your team masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule to stick to, we can easily adapt the duration to fit your event's timeline without losing any of the creative fun.

Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Absolutely! Most of our participants have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists are expert mentors who guide you through every step, from basic 'tagging' to advanced shading. You will be amazed at how quickly your team develops a shared artistic rhythm, turning initial hesitation into a confident, colourful display of collaboration. It is all about the process and working together!

What materials are included in the session?

We take care of everything! We provide high-quality spray cans in a wide range of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and high-standard respiratory masks. We also provide the canvases or boards that your team will transform. All you need to bring is your team spirit and some comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on.

What is the ideal group size for this activity?

For team development, we usually recommend a minimum of 10 people to get that collaborative vibe going, but we can host groups of up to 100+ by bringing in extra artists. If you have a massive squad, we split into smaller crews that work on individual panels which eventually join together to form one giant, cohesive mural representing your company's unity.

Is the graffiti workshop safe?

Safety is our number one priority. We use low-odour, high-quality paints and provide professional-grade protective gear for every participant. Our instructors are highly experienced in managing group dynamics and ensuring the equipment is used correctly. We choose outdoor or well-ventilated indoor locations in Marijampolė to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone involved.

Can you host the workshop at our own office?

Yes, we are very flexible! While we have great locations available in Marijampolė, we can also bring the workshop to your office car park or a private venue if the space allows for it. We just need a well-ventilated area and permission to set up our mobile graffiti walls. Contact us to discuss the logistics of your specific location.

Can we keep the mural we create?

One of the best things about our team development sessions is that you get to keep the artwork! The final mural (usually created on portable boards or canvases) is yours to take back to the office. It serves as a permanent, vibrant reminder of your team's hard work, creativity, and the day you all stepped out of your comfort zones together.

How do we book and do we need to pay upfront?

Booking is easy and stress-free. You can use our online Cost Calculator for an instant estimate, or simply send us an enquiry. We don't require upfront payment; you only pay after the workshop is completed. Plus, we always have backup artists on standby to ensure your event goes ahead exactly as planned, no matter what.

Local culture

Marijampolė might be steeped in history, but it has a surprisingly modern, artistic soul. Known for its beautiful parks and the flowing Šešupė river, the city has recently embraced a massive 'Malonny' (Marijampolė, London, New York) art project that has transformed blank walls into world-class murals. This makes it the perfect backdrop for your team's creative journey. There is a real sense of community pride here, and our workshops tap into that local energy, encouraging your team to add their own splash of colour to the city's growing reputation as a hub for Lithuanian street culture. 🎨

Fun Fact: Marijampolė is the site of the famous 'Malonny' international art and architecture symposium, which has attracted world-renowned artists like Ray Bartkus to paint iconic murals right across the city centre! ✨
