Do we need any previous artistic experience for the graffiti workshop?

Absolutely! Most of our team development participants in Šiauliai have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the basics, teaching you how to control the nozzle and manage pressure. We focus on 'low stakes, high fun,' ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident before we move onto the collaborative mural phase. It’s all about the experience and trying something new together!

What should our team wear to the workshop?

We suggest wearing clothes you don't mind getting a little dusty or stained. While we provide high-quality protective overalls, shoe covers, and gloves, spray paint has a way of finding its way onto sleeves or trainers. Think 'casual and comfortable' so you can move freely while creating your masterpiece. We take care of all the heavy-duty protection so you can focus on the art!

How do you handle safety and ventilation during the session?

Safety is our top priority at Graffitifun. We provide professional-grade FFP3 masks to filter out fumes, as well as gloves and protective suits. We typically host our Šiauliai team building sessions in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large indoor halls with high ceilings. Our artists are also trained in site safety to ensure a smooth, worry-free experience for your entire staff.

How long does the graffiti team building session last?

A standard team development workshop in Šiauliai lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes an introduction to the history of street art, a practice session on individual boards, a break for concept planning, and the final 'grand mural' creation. We can often adjust the timing to fit your specific corporate schedule or integrate it into a larger day of activities.

Can you host the workshop at our own office location in Šiauliai?

Yes! We can bring the workshop to your office car park, a private venue, or even use large standing canvases if you have a suitable indoor space. If you don't have a location, we have several partner spots in Šiauliai, including areas near the creative hubs of the city, where we can set up the perfect legal graffiti environment for your team.

Can we keep the artwork we create during the day?

One of the best parts of the Graffitifun experience is seeing your work live on! Depending on the setup, we can create the mural on large transportable wooden panels or canvas stretches. This means you can take the finished artwork back to your office in Šiauliai to hang in the lobby or canteen as a lasting reminder of your team's collaboration.

What is the maximum group size for a team development event?

We are very flexible! We cater to small departments of 10 people as well as large corporate groups of 100+. For very large groups, we bring in additional professional artists and set up multiple 'graffiti stations' to ensure everyone gets hands-on time with the spray cans and stays fully engaged throughout the entire session.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team development day in Šiauliai? Because nothing builds bonds like creating something massive together! Here’s why it works: 🎨

Unleash hidden talent: Watch your quietest colleagues turn into bold artists when given a spray can and some space.
Visualise company goals: We can theme your mural around your new mission statement or core values for a lasting impact. 🎤
Problem solving on the fly: Managing a large canvas requires communication, delegation, and creative pivots.
Pure stress relief: There is something incredibly satisfying about the 'whoosh' of a spray can—it's the ultimate office stress-buster! 💨
Inclusive for everyone: You don't need to be 'the sporty type' or an expert painter; if you can push a button, you can join in. 🏆
Memorable results: Unlike a standard sit-down meal, people will be talking about the time they painted a 'piece' together for years.

Step by step

The arrival and intro: We meet your team at the designated Šiauliai location and kick things off with an energetic intro to street art culture.
Safety first: Everyone gets kitted out in protective gear—overalls, masks, and gloves—ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Technique training: Our pro artists demonstrate essential 'can control' techniques, from thin lines to fat flares and shading.
Drafting the vision: Your team brainstorms a theme or company value to translate into a visual graffiti concept.
Practice session: Everyone gets their own space to practice their 'tag' and get a feel for the spray pressure on individual boards.
Collaborative mural: The big moment! The team works together on a massive wall or set of panels to create a unified piece of art.
The finishing touches: Our artists help you add those professional 'pops'—highlights and outlines that make the mural stand out.
Photo op and debrief: We celebrate the result with a group photo in front of your masterpiece and discuss the collaborative process.
Pack and clear: We handle the entire cleanup, leaving the space spotless, while you take your new team spirit back to the office.

Local culture

Šiauliai has a unique vibe that blends industrial heritage with a growing modern art scene. While most tourists head straight for the Hill of Crosses, the city centre itself is hiding some fantastic urban gems. The iconic pedestrian boulevard, one of the oldest in Europe, serves as a testament to the city's love for public spaces and creative design. 🎨

In recent years, Šiauliai has embraced the 'mural movement,' with local artists adding splashes of colour to once-grey walls. Our workshops tap into this local energy, encouraging your team to contribute to the city's creative pulse. ✨

Fun fact: Šiauliai is home to the famous 'Chaim Frenkel Villa,' but did you know the city also features several quirky street sculptures, like the giant iron fox? This spirit of 'larger-than-life' art is exactly what we bring to our graffiti sessions! 🔥
