Do we need any prior art experience for a team development workshop?

Absolutely! Our graffiti workshops in Kaunas are designed specifically for beginners. Our professional street artists guide your team through every step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering advanced shading techniques. You don’t need to be ‘artistic’ to have a blast and create something impressive. It’s all about the experience, the laughs, and trying something completely outside your comfort zone together.

Is the spray paint safe and what protective gear is provided?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 respirators, protective overalls, and gloves to ensure everyone stays clean and breathes easy. Our spray paints are professional-grade but used in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specialized indoor spots. We also conduct a safety briefing before any paint hits the wall, ensuring a secure and worry-free environment for your entire team.

How long does a typical graffiti team building session last?

A standard team development session usually lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of your final masterpiece. We can also tailor the duration to fit into your wider corporate away-day schedule in Kaunas, making it as punchy or as relaxed as you need.

Can you host the workshop at our office or a specific Kaunas location?

Flexibility is our middle name! We have several fantastic street art locations around Kaunas where we regularly host workshops. However, if you have a specific venue in mind—like your office car park or a private event space—we can often bring the workshop to you. We’ll just need to check the ventilation and surface requirements beforehand to ensure a smooth session.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

Rain won't dampen our spirits! In the event of typical Lithuanian drizzle, we often utilize sheltered outdoor spots or move the session to one of our indoor partner venues in Kaunas. We also have a dedicated team of backup artists available, so you never have to worry about a last-minute cancellation due to staff illness or scheduling conflicts.

What kind of 'result' can our team expect to take away?

One of the best parts of our workshops is the collaborative mural. Your team will work together on a large-scale project that represents your company values or a specific theme. It’s a powerful metaphor for project management and communication. If you choose to work on individual canvases, you can even take your artwork back to the office to brighten up the walls!

How does the payment process work? Do we pay upfront?

We believe in trust and transparency. You don't need to make any upfront payments to secure your booking. Once the workshop is completed and your team is buzzing with creative energy, we’ll handle the payment. This allows you to book with total confidence, knowing that our primary goal is your 100% satisfaction with the entire graffiti experience.

The experience

Graffiti isn't just about paint—it's about communication, problem-solving, and breaking down hierarchies. In the heart of Lithuania's second city, we provide a space where the intern and the CEO are equals, both armed with a spray can and a vision. 🎤

Boost Morale: Nothing brings a team together like the shared adrenaline of creating something "illegal-looking" (but totally legal!).
Enhance Communication: Designing a mural requires clear coordination and listening—skills that translate directly back to the office.
Unique Branding: We can incorporate your company logo or brand colours into the workshop for a unique brand activation feel.
Zero Pressure: With our "no payment upfront" policy and expert backup artists, your event is guaranteed to go off without a hitch.
Memorable Content: Imagine the photos for your company LinkedIn or Instagram—way better than a group shot at a bowling alley! 📸

Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro where you'll meet your artist-mentor and learn about the local Kaunas street art scene.
Mastering the tools: You'll get hands-on with the spray cans, learning about different nozzles (caps) and how they control the paint flow.
Sketching the vision: Before hitting the wall, the team brainstorms a concept that reflects your company's unique culture or goals.
First lines: Under professional guidance, you'll start outlining your design, learning how to scale small ideas into large-scale murals.
Fill-ins and fades: This is where the magic happens! You'll learn blending techniques and how to create those iconic graffiti gradients.
Sharpening the edges: Use 'cutting' techniques to make your designs pop and add those essential professional highlights.
The final reveal: Step back and admire the massive, colourful mural your team created from scratch—perfect for a group photo!

Local culture

Kaunas is a city where history meets a fiercely modern creative spirit. Known for its stunning Interwar architecture, the city has recently transformed into a literal open-air gallery. From the famous "Wise Old Man" mural to the hidden gems in the Courtyard Gallery (Kiemo galerija), street art is woven into the very fabric of Kaunas life. By choosing a graffiti workshop here, your team isn't just doing an activity; they are participating in the city's living cultural evolution. ✨

Fun Kaunas Fact: Did you know that Kaunas was the European Capital of Culture in 2022? This legacy has left the city buzzing with even more legal street art spots and creative energy than ever before! 🏆
