Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our graffiti leadership training is designed for beginners. Our pro artists in Kaunas will guide you through every spray, from basic 'can control' to complex layering. The focus isn't on being a master artist, but on how you lead your team through a new, unfamiliar challenge. You'll be surprised at the high-quality masterpiece your team can create together by the end of the session!

Is the workshop safe and what should we wear?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective overalls to keep everyone safe and clean. We use professional-grade spray paints and conduct our workshops in well-ventilated areas or outdoor spaces. Our instructors are trained to manage group safety throughout the session, ensuring a worry-free experience for your entire management team while you focus on the creative process.

How long does the leadership workshop typically last?

A standard leadership training session in Kaunas usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, skill-building exercises, the collaborative mural creation, and a final debrief where we connect the artistic experience back to your leadership goals. We can adjust the timing slightly to fit your corporate schedule if you have a full day of meetings planned.

What is the ideal group size for this training?

We are very flexible! Small executive teams of 5-10 people get a highly focused coaching experience, while larger management tiers of up to 100+ can be accommodated through a coordinated 'big picture' mural project. For very large groups, we bring in additional backup artists to ensure everyone receives personal guidance and the energy levels remain high throughout the event.

Where in Kaunas do these workshops take place?

We can host the workshop at various vibrant locations across Kaunas, including dedicated street art zones or even at your own office if you have a suitable outdoor space or ventilated hall. If the weather is typically Lithuanian (a bit rainy!), we have several indoor 'Plan B' partners around the city centre to ensure your leadership training goes ahead without a hitch.

How does the payment process work?

One of our biggest perks is that you don't need to pay upfront! We believe in the quality of our service and the fun of the experience. You can book your date and confirm the details, and payment is only handled after the workshop is completed. This keeps the process stress-free for your finance department and ensures you are 100% satisfied with the result.

Can we keep the artwork we create during the session?

Definitely! While we focus on a collaborative mural, we can also incorporate individual canvases that your leaders can take back to the office as a trophy of their growth. Alternatively, the final large-scale piece can be created on a portable wooden wall that can be installed in your Kaunas headquarters as a lasting reminder of your team's shared vision and leadership journey.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next leadership retreat in Kaunas? Because traditional methods often fail to capture the fast-paced, visual nature of modern business. Street art requires a unique blend of individual skill and total team synergy. Here’s why it works: 💪

Encourages risk-taking: Standing in front of a blank wall with a spray can is intimidating—decisive action is the only way forward.
Visualises common goals: You aren't just talking about a mission statement; you are literally painting it together.
Breaks down hierarchy: In a graffiti suit, everyone is equal. It’s about the art and the message, not the job title.
Instinctive problem solving: Paint drips, colours bleed, and plans change. Leaders must learn to pivot instantly and keep the team on track.
High engagement: Forget checking emails under the table. This is 100% hands-on, high-octane involvement.
Memorable impact: You’ll be talking about the 'day we painted Kaunas' for years to come, reinforcing the lessons learned.

Step by step

The vision briefing: We kick off by defining your leadership objectives. Whether it's improving communication or driving innovation, we set the stage for the day's mission.
Mastering the tools: Our pro artists teach you the 'language of the spray can'. You'll learn nozzle techniques, pressure control, and basic strokes to build confidence.
Collaborative sketching: The team must brainstorm a concept that represents their leadership style. This is where negotiation and 'the big picture' thinking come into play.
Defining roles: Just like in business, someone manages the outlines, someone handles the fill-ins, and someone keeps an eye on the overall composition.
The execution phase: Put paint to wall! This is the high-energy part of the day where leaders must adapt to mistakes and support each other's creative input.
The critique and debrief: Once the mural is finished, we step back and analyse the process. How did the team handle the pressure? Who stepped up? What can be taken back to the office?
Celebration: We wrap up with a team photo in front of your masterpiece. You've just led your team through a literal 'blank canvas' to success!
