Do I need to be an artist to join a 3D street art workshop?

You don't need any prior painting or drawing experience to enjoy our 3D street art workshop in Kaunas. Our professional artists are experts at breaking down complex 3D concepts into simple, manageable steps. We'll show you how to use shadows, highlights, and forced perspective to make your art pop. Most of our participants have never held a spray can before and they leave with amazing results!

Is the workshop safe and what protective gear is provided?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep your clothes clean and your lungs safe. Our spray paints are professional-grade but used in well-ventilated outdoor or large indoor spaces. Our artists provide a full safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a fun and worry-free experience for everyone involved.

How long does the workshop last?

A standard 3D street art session in Kaunas typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, a sketching phase to understand perspective, the painting process itself, and some final touch-ups. If you have a specific schedule or a larger group, we can adjust the timing to fit your event perfectly. Just let us know!

What is included in the price of the workshop?

We provide everything you need to create your masterpiece! This includes a wide variety of premium spray paint colours, caps for different line widths, safety gear (masks, gloves, suits), and the surfaces we'll be painting on. For 3D workshops, we also provide specialised tools like tape and chalk to help map out those tricky anamorphic angles that make the art look three-dimensional.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

Kaunas weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered. If the weather looks bad for an outdoor session, we usually have indoor alternatives or can use covered areas. Because we have a large team, we also have backup artists available, so your event will never be cancelled due to staff illness. We are flexible and will work with you to ensure the workshop happens.

How much does a 3D graffiti workshop cost?

The cost for a 3D street art workshop in Kaunas generally ranges from €18 to €38 per person. The final price depends on your group size, the location, and the specific materials required for your project. We don't require any upfront payment—you simply pay after the workshop is completed. For an exact price for your group, please request a custom quote!

Is this activity suitable for children and school groups?

Absolutely! We love bringing street art to kids' parties, school groups, and youth events. 3D street art is particularly engaging for children because it feels like magic when the image 'jumps' off the ground. We use age-appropriate methods and ensure a high level of supervision. It’s a fantastic way to encourage creativity and spatial thinking in a fun, hands-on environment.

The experience

Why choose a 3D street art workshop in Kaunas? It’s more than just painting; it’s a brain-teasing, creative workout that leaves you with incredible photos and even better memories. Check out why people love this experience:

Unique 3D focus: Unlike most graffiti classes, we teach you the specific geometry and shading needed to create stunning optical illusions. 🌀
Professional artists only: Learn from the best. Our instructors are active street artists who know all the tricks of the trade.
No-risk booking: With no upfront payment and a 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can book with total confidence.
Perfect for any event: From company events and bachelor parties to school trips, 3D art has a "wow" factor that appeals to everyone. 🔥
All-inclusive gear: We don't just give you a can; we provide the suits, masks, gloves, and a huge range of colours so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Interactive tools: Use our Tag Creator to prep your ideas or take our Workshop Quiz to find your perfect style before you even arrive! 🏆

Step by step

Introduction to anamorphism: We start by explaining the "magic" of 3D art—how perspective allows flat images to look three-dimensional from a specific angle.
Concept sketching: Grab some paper and pencils. We'll help you sketch your idea, focusing on how to stretch shapes to create the 3D illusion.
Site preparation: We prepare the canvas or floor space and set up the 'viewing point'—the exact spot where the 3D effect will be most powerful.
Safety first: Everyone gets suited up in protective gear and receives a briefing on how to handle spray cans safely and effectively.
Outlining the illusion: Using chalk or light spray paint, we map out the distorted "long" version of your drawing onto the surface.
Layering and filling: Start applying the base colours. Our artists will show you how to get smooth coverage and consistent pressure for the best look.
The secret of shadows: This is where the magic happens! We'll teach you how to add shadows and highlights that make the object look like it's floating or sinking.
Detailing and polishing: Use thin nozzles to add those fine details and sharp edges that make the 3D effect truly "pop."
The "wow" photo: We head to the viewing point and take photos of your work. This is the moment you see the flat paint transform into a 3D masterpiece!

Local culture

Kaunas is a city where history meets a vibrant, edgy street art scene. Known for its world-class murals—like the famous "Wise Old Man" or the interactive "Yard Gallery" (Kiemo Galerija)—the city is the perfect playground for an anamorphic art experience. The local culture deeply values creativity, having served as a European Capital of Culture in 2022, which helped cement its status as a hub for contemporary design and urban art. 🎨

💡 Fun Fact: Kaunas is home to the only museum in the world dedicated to devils (the Devils' Museum), but it's also where you'll find some of the most sophisticated 3D street art in Northern Europe!

In Kaunas, street art isn't just decoration; it's a conversation. By joining our workshop, you're becoming part of a local tradition that celebrates bold ideas and visual storytelling. Whether we're working in a hidden courtyard or a modern event space, the spirit of Kaunas' art scene will inspire every spray you make.
