Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our networking events in Kaunas are designed for everyone, from CEOs to interns, regardless of artistic experience. Our professional artists guide you through every step, from holding the spray can to advanced layering techniques. You'll be amazed at the professional-looking mural the group creates together by the end of the session. It’s all about the experience and the connections made along the way.

What about safety and protective clothing?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide all participants with high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paints and conduct our workshops in well-ventilated outdoor or indoor spaces. Our artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free and fun environment for your professional networking.

How long does a typical networking workshop last?

A typical creative networking session in Kaunas lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe is perfect for a balanced mix of professional introductions, skill-learning, and the collaborative group project. We can easily scale the duration based on your schedule – whether you want a quick 'ice-breaker' style session or a full afternoon of creative immersion and deep-dive networking.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you’re a small startup team of 10 or a large industry association of 100+, we can accommodate you. For very large groups, we often set up multiple 'creativity stations' or work on a massive collaborative wall. This keeps the energy high and ensures everyone has plenty of space to chat and spray. We always scale our artist team to match your group size.

Where in Kaunas do these events take place?

We can host the event at various vibrant locations across Kaunas, from cool industrial spaces in Aleksotas to creative hubs near the city centre. If you already have a venue or a company courtyard, we can often come to you! We handle all the prep and cleanup, ensuring the site is protected. If you don't have a spot in mind, let us find the perfect urban backdrop for you.

How far in advance should we book our event?

To ensure we have your preferred date and a dedicated team of artists ready, we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during the busy summer months. However, we have a large network of backup artists and can often accommodate last-minute requests. If you have a sudden gap in your event calendar, reach out and we'll do our best to make it happen!

Is there an upfront payment required?

We operate on a trust-based system for our Kaunas events. You don't need to make any upfront payments to secure your date. Simply confirm the details with our team, enjoy your high-energy networking workshop, and pay via invoice or card after the event is successfully completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the creative experience before any money changes hands.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti-themed networking event in Kaunas? Because traditional meetings are forgettable, but creating a masterpiece is legendary! Here’s why our creative sessions are the ultimate choice for your next professional gathering: 🔥

Breaks the hierarchy: Nothing levels the playing field like everyone wearing overalls and holding a spray can. It encourages authentic conversations across all levels.
Boosts creative problem solving: Street art requires planning and agility—skills that translate perfectly back to the boardroom.
Memorable brand building: Your group can create a mural that reflects your company values or industry vision, providing a powerful visual legacy.
High engagement: There’s no "hiding in the back" here; everyone gets hands-on, ensuring every attendee feels involved and valued.
Expert artist guidance: Work with the best street artists in Lithuania who aren't just talented painters but fantastic facilitators. 🎤
Stress-free planning: We handle all the logistics, from gear to cleanup, so you can focus on making connections.

Step by step

Select your date: Reach out to us with your preferred date and estimated group size for your Kaunas gathering.
Design the concept: We’ll chat about your networking goals and whether you want a specific theme or company logo integrated into the art.
Arrival and intro: On the day, our artists greet your party and kick things off with a high-energy intro to street art history.
Master the basics: Each participant learns fundamental spray techniques, from 'fat caps' to 'skinny lines', under expert guidance.
Collaborative sketching: The group brainstorms and sketches out the master mural, promoting dialogue and teamwork from the start.
Making your mark: Everyone grabs a can! Participants work side-by-side on the wall, naturally sparking conversations while they paint.
The finishing touches: Our pro artists help add those final sharp details that make your collaborative mural really pop.
Photo finish and drinks: Celebrate the completed masterpiece with a group photo and a final round of networking and refreshments.

Local culture

Kaunas isn't just Lithuania's second city; it’s a living gallery. From the towering "Wise Old Man" mural to the hidden gems in the Yard Gallery (Kiemo Galerija), Kaunas has embraced street art as part of its cultural DNA. When you host a graffiti networking event here, you’re tapping into that same rebellious, creative energy that defines the city’s urban landscape. We love incorporating local motifs or the iconic modernist style of Kaunas into our workshops to give your event a truly authentic feel.
