Do I need prior art experience to attend a networking workshop?

Not at all! Our Panevėžys networking events are designed for everyone, from CEOs to interns, regardless of their artistic background. Our professional street artists guide you through every step, from holding the can to masterfully blending colours. The focus is on the shared experience and sparking new conversations, not on creating a museum-worthy masterpiece—though you might be surprised by what you can do!

What materials are included in the networking package?

We take care of everything! We provide high-quality spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective suits, gloves, and masks to keep your professional attire pristine. We also provide the canvases or boards we'll be painting on. All you need to bring is your energy, some business cards, and a willingness to try something completely different with your local peers.

How long does a typical creative networking session last?

The creative portion typically lasts between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, which is the 'sweet spot' for maintaining high energy without getting tired. However, we can easily extend the session to include dedicated 'mingle time' or a structured feedback round. We are totally flexible and can adapt the schedule to fit your specific networking goals in the Panevėžys area.

Is the spray painting activity safe for an indoor corporate event?

Safety is our number one priority. We use low-odour, high-quality paints and provide full protective gear, including FFP2 or FFP3 masks and disposable coveralls. If the event is indoors, we ensure the space is well-ventilated or use specialised water-based spray paint. Plus, our artists are trained to manage groups safely while keeping the atmosphere light and fun.

Can you host the networking event at our chosen venue?

Absolutely! While we have a great home base, we are experts at bringing the 'street' to you. Whether you've booked a conference room in central Panevėžys or a courtyard at a local tech hub, we can set up portable graffiti walls and protective flooring almost anywhere. We love transforming unexpected spaces into temporary art galleries for your networking group.

How does the 'pay after the workshop' policy work?

We believe in the quality of our Panevėžys workshops so much that we don't require upfront payments. You can book your date, get everything organised, and only settle the bill after the workshop is complete. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the creative networking experience we've delivered before a single Euro leaves your account.

How is the price per person determined?

Since every group in Lithuania is different, we offer a sliding scale. Prices generally range from €18 to €38 per person. This variation depends on the number of attendees, the amount of custom materials needed, and the duration of the event. For an accurate figure, we recommend using our online Cost Calculator or requesting a custom quote for your specific Panevėžys event.

The experience

Why stick to the same old hotel lobby mixers? Panevėžys is growing, and its professionals deserve an event that’s as dynamic as the city itself. Here’s why our creative networking approach wins every time:

Zero social pressure: Painting gives you something to do with your hands, making those first conversations feel natural and relaxed. 🎤
Memorable brand building: Your connections won't forget the time they painted a masterpiece with you—it’s a much stronger bond than a LinkedIn request.
Equality by design: When everyone is wearing a protective suit and holding a spray can, corporate titles fade away, allowing for honest, peer-to-peer dialogue. 🏆
Boosted creativity: Using the right side of your brain helps open up new ways of thinking about your "day job" challenges.
Professional artist guides: You’re in the hands of pros who know how to manage a crowd and keep the "creative juice" flowing safely. 💪

Step by step

The icebreaker intro: We start with a high-energy kick-off where our artists introduce the basic concepts of street art while you get to know your fellow attendees.
Design brainstorming: In small, mixed groups, you'll brainstorm a visual concept that represents a common professional goal or industry theme.
Can control 101: Our pros teach you the 'muscle memory' of graffiti—how to control pressure, distance, and angle to get the perfect line.
The sketching phase: Groups begin outlining their collaborative vision on the canvas, fostering immediate communication and teamwork.
Filling and fading: This is where the magic happens! You'll learn to blend colours and add depth, working side-by-side with your new professional contacts.
Detailing and outlining: Add the sharp 'power lines' and highlights that make the artwork pop, requiring coordination and shared focus.
The 'Grand Reveal': We step back to admire the collective work, providing a natural high-point for photos and final networking chats.
Digital integration: Capture the finished art for LinkedIn and social media to keep the networking momentum going long after the paint dries.

Good to know

Our networking events are designed to be seamless and stress-free, so you can focus on the people. Here’s what you can expect:

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Panevėžys has always been a city of makers and doers, known for its strong industrial roots and the legendary Juozas Miltinis Drama Theatre. Today, that same spirit of "building something from scratch" is migrating to the streets. While the city's architecture reflects a proud history, the modern professional scene is increasingly looking for fresh, edgy ways to collaborate. Our workshops tap into this local grit and transformation, turning blank walls into symbols of Panevėžys' evolving identity.

Fun fact: Panevėžys is often called the "City of Sculptures," but we’re here to help you add some temporary "Spray Can Sculptures" to the mix!

We love working in this city because the community isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to achieve a goal. From the banks of the Nevėžis River to the bustling industrial districts, we bring a vibe that matches the city's hardworking yet increasingly creative soul. If you've already explored the art scenes in Vilnius or Kaunas, you'll find the Panevėžys energy is uniquely focused on authentic collaboration.
